How do I trigger emails to fire post conditional split

I’m not sure what exactly happened there but from what I see I suspect that you have added those 2 emails after people were already part of the split. If that is the case it won’t work because there is no time delay between the split and the emails and those subscribers moved past the split immediately after they got there.

But if this is not the case, if the emails after the split were live before those subscribers got to the split then I can’t say exactly what happened just from the screenshot and that would need more research in the flow itself.. :(

Basically I’m trying to do a catchall for all customers who are eligible for a Judge Me review request. From what I’ve read, it has to be done using flow as the link doesn’t work using campaigns (I’ve also tested this and the link on works in flows).

I’m trying to add past profiles using time delay, unsure if this method is correct. Count in previous images looks correct, but they’re just getting stuck from what I shared. Have attempted to create a new flow and the eligible profiles don’t have a date when I use 365 days. When I used wait 1 min, it only included profiles from the past 1 day.

Still currently stuck. Open to any wizardry and creative solutions to achieve the goal. Thanks again for taking the time to reply too, it’s much appreciated :)

Now in this second example you have a problem of the functionality of the adding past profiles..

When trigger for a flow is metric people are added according to where they would have been if the flow was live on time.. so it depends a lot on time delays.

In this flow that you have now past profiles would be added before 1st email only if they were available for review 1 min before you clicked this, people would be added before second email (skipping the first one) between 2 minutes and 2 days from the moment you clicked to add past profiles and anyone available for review between 2 days and 180 days would be added to the flow after the second email (skipping the 2 emails).. people available for reviews more than 180 days would not be added to the flow at all.

So that is the catch with metric trigger flows and adding past profiles.. people are only added in the timeframe that flow lasts from the moment it was supposed to actually happen, and people are only added in the section where they would have been in if the flow was live on time. And they won’t be added from the beginning of the flow.

In general everything here is working as explained by Klaviyo I guess you just didn’t understood how adding past profiles work :)
