i recently install klaviyo on my client jun knives website i want to enable it and want to disable my store default email how i can do it im using shopify

Are you currently using Shopify emails for marketing emails? Or only for Transactional Emails?
You are able to use either Klaviyo or Shopify for transactional emails (such as order confirmations). Most Klaviyo x Shopify customers use Shopify for the basic transactional emails.
If you are using Shopify Emails for marketing related emails, make sure you have all of your customers set up in Klaviyo and you can turn off the automations directly in the Shopify app.

To disable the default Shopify emails and enable Klaviyo emails, follow these steps:

Enable Klaviyo Emails:
- Ensure the email flows you want to use in Klaviyo (e.g., order confirmation, shipping updates) are set up, tested, and live.

Disable Shopify Default Emails:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Notifications.
- Scroll down to the email notifications you want to disable (e.g., Order Confirmation, Shipping Updates).
- Click on Edit for each notification and scroll to the bottom. Replace the Shopify email template with a placeholder message like "This notification is managed by Klaviyo."

Test Your Setup:
- Place a test order to confirm that Klaviyo emails are being sent instead of Shopify's default emails.
Note: Some notifications, like password resets and gift card delivery, must still be handled by Shopify, as Klaviyo cannot replace these.
