How to send downloads to existing subscribers after signing up to a new form?

Question

I’m sure the answer is staring me in the face but I’ve experimented and got no where!

Each month I offer free downloads as an opt-in for new subscribers. But I also want my existing subscribers to be able to access the free downloads as well.

If a new subscriber signs up - I want them to get the welcome flow with the free download. But if they’re an existing subscriber I want to them to receive a different flow with just one email with the download.

Any tips on how to set this up would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

Hey @Colour Me TenderSo everything is good for profiles to receive the email with the download link in the welcome flow for new subscribers.but for existing subscribersCreate a segment that includes all existing subscribers. You can do this by defining the segment with a filter like "Subscribed to List at least once atleast 30 days ago."Now I would NOT suggest you create a flow as profiles in a segment/List can only go through the flow once. so creating a flow would not serve your purpose of sending them the link to download every month.So instead i would suggest sending a campaign every month to the above created segment and give the link to download in the campaign.Let me know if you have any questions and thank you for being part of this amazing communityCheersArpit
