Hi!

I have reviews that I want to import in Klaviyo reviews but these came directly to us via our customers not another review platform. How do I add them to Klaviyo reviews?

Hi @Plantas!

You can upload manual review by creating a .CSV spreadsheet and formatting the reviews according to the directions from this Help Center article:

Your CSV file must contain the columns with the following information:
Product IDs that exactly match the product IDs synced to Klaviyo from your Shopify store

Reviewers’ emails

I hope this helps!

Is it possible to import a review to be used as a review block for klaviyo's emails but not to be published on the website?

@Adrian594666,

This isn’t currently available. Can you share a little more context on what you are looking to achieve? We might be able to offer a few suggestions with a little more information!
