I have problems with the metrics from Shopware to Klaviyo at several customers. For example “placed order” and “started checkout” are piece less in Klaviyo than what is actually measured in the shop.

 

Does anyone have experience with Shopware 6 and Klaviyo and how to set up the metrics properly? Love to hear how you did this.

Just to clarify - are you saying that your Shopware site and your Klaviyo account show a different volume of orders, or the order prices are not aligned?

Yes, correct. Shopware 6 webshop and Klaviyo account show different volume of activity/orders! For example, in Shopware we see more than 3k visitors per day but in Klaviyo there are only 200 active on site.

@LydiaQuincy Yes, together with the web developer we solved this question, it is mostly about the plugin you use from Shopware. This needs to be up to date en upgraded to the latest version.
