I’m using the BIS form and Sign-up forms on my Shopify store. I’m having an issue where, when I try to submit either form, I get the same alert: “An error occurred when submitting. Please try again later.” I checked the logs and found the following error:{"errors":[{"id":"f49d26a4-f7c2-47f1-b506-7346e3d3b19e","status":405,"code":"method_not_allowed","title":"Method \"GET\" not allowed.","detail":"Method \"GET\" not allowed.","source":{"pointer":"/data/"}}]}Does anyone know what might be causing this issue with Klaviyo on my Shopify store? Any help fixing it would be greatly appreciated.

@manhdo.it, glad you were able to solve it? Did you end up using the advice from this Klaviyo Help article? https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/38767539287323

Curious what exactly you did that solved this problem.

@cadence
The cause of the problem was that I didn’t select a List to Submit in the button settings.
After discovering this, I had to recheck all of my forms and manually add the List to Submit for each one. I’m not sure why none of them had a llist selected, even though the were working fine before.
I have read the guide, maybe I missed a step in the guide or perhaps the guide is outdated.

However, I think Klaviyo’s UX could be improved here. There was no alert or warning when I didn’t choose a List to Submit while building the form. Since this setting is located inside the button settings, I only noticed it after clicking the button and there was no indication that the list was missing. This is why the form couldn’t be submitted on the live store.

Because the List to Submit is an essential setting, I think it should be visible on the main screen when editing the form, or at least show a warning if the list hasn’t been selected.
