Does the free Klaviyo plan include access to Flows for automated push notifications? And are there any limitations on which flows I can use?

Hey @Swetha, there is no added cost to send mobile push notifications through flows. You just need to set up push notifications first. More details in Klaviyo’s Help Center here - https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/sections/360003732352 first

So long as you’re not exceeding the limits @In the Inbox mentioned in his answer around active profiles and email sending, you can send as many push notifications through flows as your heart desires.

Thank you for posting your question in the community. Klaviyo’s free plan is based on the number of contacts and emails sent within a month, which is 250 contacts which includes up to 500 emails. The free plan and pricing tiers are all based on active profiles.

How you send those 500 emails in a month is flexible between campaigns and flows, you should be able to use both. In terms of functionality, the email suite is fully accessible within the free plan in addition to their integrations. So if you are integrating with your ecommerce platform, as long as you don’t exceed the 250 active profiles, you should be good to go.

Yes the free Klaviyo plan includes access to Flows for mobile push notifications.

Limitations:

You need a native iOS or Android app with Klaviyo’s SDK set up.
Only profiles that have opted-in (have a push token) will get push notifications.
Push itself is free (no separate cost) per Klaviyo community.
