Klaviyo Rivo Integration

Question

I am working in an account using Rivo loyalty solution.
We would like to utilise a Klaviyo pop-up to collect new customer data and add them into the loyalty scheme as this will be the leading new customer offer.
The rivo native integration is on-way only.
I have found some documentation to suggest that you can post into rivo via webhook which would be ideal however speaking to their team, they suggest that this is not actually possible.

Has anyone set this up? Using Klaviyo pop-up to collect new customer data and automatically add them to the rivo loyalty scheme?

Hi there ​@PaddyCumiskey_CC. From what I can see, Rivo’s Klaviyo integration does lookto be more focused on sending loyalty data from Rivo into Klaviyo, rather than using a Klaviyo popup to enroll someone into Rivo automatically.So if Rivo support is saying the webhook route is not available for this use case, my guess is that there may not be a native path for this right now.Definitely curiousif anyone here has found a working setup for this!Temi@Klaviyo
