Klaviyo to Hubspot - see emails in Hubspot

We work with both Hubspot and Klaviyo:Hubspot is used for our sales team and our customer service team. Klaviyo is used for our marketing emails. Our sales team and customer service team need to be able to see the full picture when it comes to customer communications, and we’re trying to find a way to make sure that the Klaviyo emails are visible in the customer’s Hubspot profile. In our ideal scenario, the team does not need to access Klaviyo at all. We previously tried only sending emails via flows and bcc’ing the customer care email address - this worked initially, however it’s caused a lot of issues around ticketing and items going into our junk. Has anyone successfully pushed their Klaviyo emails over to a customer profile in Hubspot? We only need a one-way sync from Klaviyo to Hubspot - Hubspot details do not need to come into Klaviyo.

Hi ​@abiparallel,At the moment, we unfortunately don’t have any features that would allow for an outbound sync of the exact HTML of the emails a person received into Hubspot. If Hubspot has POST request APIs that you can make use of, you could add webhooks under flow emails that send a request to Hubspot, recording that the profile received that email, but there unfortunately wouldn’t be a way to get that exact email copy into that request. Happy to talk to our product team about this and recommend we add a feature like this to the roadmap in the future.
