{%manage_preferences%} as a form in a campaign rather than a link?

Any suggestions on how I can have our preferences appear in a campaign so that our readers don’t have to click the link but can input directly on the email campaign they receive?

We are trying to capture our subscribers (we are an NGO) re-optin for the following year and want to send a campaign directly for this purpose.  We want to make it as easy as possible so that the recipient can simply click a checkbox to continue their optin for the coming year.

No, readers can’t input directly in the email. Most email apps don’t support checkboxes, forms, or input fields due to security restrictions.

The best option is to add a button or link in the email, like “Yes, keep me subscribed.” When someone clicks it, you can set it up in Klaviyo to update their preferences and mark them as opted-in for the next year. This one-click action is the closest alternative to filling out preferences directly in the email.
