My welcome flow, test emails, & email campaigns aren't sending

Hey everyone, 

 

So I’ve set up my email templates and welcome flow and it isn’t triggering for new signs ups. It’s connected to a list not a segment and it won’t even send my email a test email when I try. I also tried sending out a campaign and that won’t send either.  I’ve been following all the steps I see in all the articles, i even tried to add recent profiles so it would send and still nothing. Can anyone help?

Hi ​@Yanna,

Do you have the list set to single opt-in or double opt-in? If double opt-in, then I *think* those who sign up will only receive the scheduled emails after they have clicked the confirmation email. To find this setting, go into the list, click on Settings, then click on Consent.
I believe lists are double opt-in by default. Hope this helps!
