Preview emails only send from real emails

 

Preview emails send from a real address r*********n@me.com but when we use a forwarding address managed within Shopify s******e@zerowastesupply.co.uk the email doesn’t send or at least is not received. 

We can send emails from this address from within Shopify. We can send to this address from iPhone mail. 

In summary using an address managed as a forwarding address as a preview sending address results in no email being received. 

Nothing is going to junk so it is stuck or just not sending.

Would you mind saving the email you’re working on as a template, and then finding it in https://www.klaviyo.com/templates/list? After doing so, go to edit the template, and send the test email from there. Oftentimes, test email sends are more successful when sending from the saved templates, rather than the email editor directly in the flow/campaign, as they use a slightly different sending method. 

If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend checking to see if you have any corporate firewalls that could be blocking Klaviyo or the sender email. Let me know if either of these tips ended up helping, and if not, we can look into it more!
