Hi there, I’m brand new to Klaviyo and this is my first time registering a lead. I’m a bit confused as to whether Klaviyo is asking me for my contact details or those of my new client? Ideally, I don’t want to include the client’s phone number without their approval but it’s deemed a *necessary field? Is it ok to use my number?

Hello @Diane H,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

When submitting a lead as part of our Partner’s Program, there should be a section that specifies who you want Klaviyo to reach out to. You can choose from having Klaviyo reach out to just the agency, just the client, or both the client and the agency. If you didn’t want to include your client’s phone number, I would suggest replacing that phone number field with your own and selecting the contact option to have Klaviyo contact the agency directly.

You can also reach out to our partner’s team directly at partners@klaviyo.com for more clarifications on the partner’s portal or for more questions regarding our Partner’s Program.

Thanks for being a part of the Community!
