Has anyone been able to edit the Shopify Draft Order Invoice notification in Klaviyo? This notification is not supplied as a prebuilt template.
I’ve tried exporting the html code in the shopify notification into klaviyo but it throws off errors.
Has anyone figured this out?

It’s likely that importing the HTML of the Shopify template into Klaviyo is throwing errors because the template uses specific variable syntax that Shopify supports, but Klaviyo does not. Could you try removing the Shopify variables from the template’s HTML, and then re-uploading? That should work!
