SMS Automations recommendation links

Hello Community,

I have a question regarding SMS automation, are links added to recommendation follow up messages shorten like for normal messages? I’m asking as they are normal in preview?

Hi @Jakub! I believe that in the content preview for SMS flow automations it shows up as the full link but in practice and when you send out a test preview message to a number it will shorten the link. I would also make sure that the “Automatically shorten link” option is checked!
