Hi everyone,

We're based in Bulgaria, and since the country is preparing to adopt the euro soon, we want to start showing both leva (лв) and euro (€) prices in our Klaviyo emails. We are with a custom CRM. We're using dynamic product blocks that pull data from our product feed (no custom code — just selecting products via the Klaviyo catalog integration).

Currently, Klaviyo only lets us pick one currency (e.g., лв) per email template, and the price is pulled as a raw number without a currency symbol.

What we want to do is something like this inside the dynamic block:

59.99 лв (30.65 €)

Is there a way to:

  1. To show both prices in the dynamic block - leva and euro.

Any advice or examples on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Evelina

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! If you have are using a dynamic product feed in your emails, it will only allow you to include the price that the product has in your catalog.

But say you have a flow that is triggered by one of your metrics (i.e. Placed Order). Then you could have your developers adjust the event data to include both prices (leva (лв) and euro (€)). From there, you can create a dynamic product block that includes event data, and pull in each price variable.

I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any additional questions!
