Welcome Flow not sending emails

I have followed all of the instructions in this thread and left my comment at the bottom but it is still not working:

Sorry that you’re still facing problems even though you’ve followed that thread.

One thing I would highlight though is that you can turn off smart sending. You would do this per email action in the flow itself:

You can also click the email step and then on the right hand side, at the top, click “View Details” under the “Performance” section. Then click on “Recipient Activity” and then see if there are any profiles under “Skipped”. 

Can I ask as well, are Campaign emails being received successfully? I ask because I would want to rule out any deliverability issues.
