Why Does, "An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.", Show after Form Submission?

Hello, I read all the google subjects on this matter yet no one found solution.
I am using an adblock and because of that I am unable to finish signup email.
On my iphone signup form isn’t even available..

"An error occured when submitting. Please try again later."

Moderator sent mi this topic but of course the issue isn’t fixed here

Me and over 50 people couldnt sign up due to this issue with error or non-exisiting form on iphones.
