Segment List Export

Hey @Veli If you are trying to pull a customer's email and all past and present order numbers, then you will be able to do this on Shopify as I mentioned in my first comment above.If you are looking to pull just the recent order number of the customer/profile, then this type of integration is not natively done by the Klaviyo-Shopify integration. It would require a developer to do it using Shopify’s APIs or a third-party app to achieve this like Zapier.  I recommend reaching out to Klaviyo’s support for more specific guidance on this if you are on a paid plan. Sorry I couldn't be of much help here, but I hope someone can add to this and hopefully give you more info.

Segment List Export

Hey @Veli Thank you for clarifying that. @Kylie W is right when she mentions that the Shopify Order ID needs to be fed into Klaviyo as a custom property. If the order number is a custom property in your Klaviyo account, it should be included in the export.When you select Export List to CSV/Export Segment to CSV from the Manage List dropdown, you will be given an option to choose whether to export all properties associated with your contacts’ profiles, or just specific ones. So, you can then select the specific ones you need. If the order number is not showing as an option, then it's most likely not being fed into Klaviyo from Shopify and you will need to relook at the integration feeding the order number into Klaviyo. I hope this resolves your question. Segment List Export

Hey @Veli Welcome to the community. So when exporting your orders in Shopify you will need to go to the Orders section and click on the Export button in the top right corner. Then choose the All Orders option and Select the Plain CSV file format. Then click Export, the exported CSV file will have columns such as Order number, Email, and other relevant order details. You can open this CSV file in Excel or any other spreadsheet software. Try it out and let us know if you still having trouble. The community I always here to help where we can! Remember to customize the export parameters according to your specific requirements.

WooCommerce referral code integrate with klaviyo

Hey @Siddique2020  I would suggest using the ReferralCandy plugin. This would allow you to setup up this type of referral system. This integration allows you to pass information directly from ReferralCandy to Klaviyo, which can help you better execute your referral program and email marketing.  After setting up your post-purchase email flow on Klaviyo, you can turn off the ReferralCandy emails that you intend to send from Klaviyo. I also recommend reaching out to the support teams of both Klaviyo and ReferralCandy for more specific guidance on setting up this specific post-purchase email flow. Issue on Flows?

Hey @Bobomatcha  it’s unlikely to be a glitch in Klaviyo. By default, all Klaviyo lists are set to double opt-in. This means that when you import new contacts, they will receive a confirmation email asking them to confirm their subscription. So I believe this is why the list you imported received the double opt in email. You could have changed this in your list settings in Klaviyo. The default setting is Double Opt-In which is best practice. It might seem like an extra step, but it helps maintain list quality and ensures that you’re sending emails to engaged subscribers. If you have a specific use case that requires single opt-in, you can adjust your list settings accordingly.    I hope this helped. Issue on Flows?

Hey @Bobomatcha The other contacts will not receive the double opt-in email after you back-populated the new Welcome Flow. The Welcome Flow is specifically triggered when someone joins the “Klaviyo Form Sign-Up” list. Since the existing contacts were imported and not added through the pop-up, they won’t meet the trigger criteria for this flow.You can make them go through the welcome flow though if you want to. Setting up new free Klaviyo account - do we need to set up branded sending domain yet?

Hey @RC_email_marketing Just to add to my man @Sujal has said. No, you don’t need to change your nameservers to Klaviyo. You can keep your current domain registrar and manage your DNS records there.When you do end up setting up a branded sending domain, you’ll need to add certain DNS records (like CNAME and TXT records) at your domain registrar to verify your domain and set up email authentication. Pausing new leads from flow

Hey @Whipflip I do love the solution of creating a segment of your new leads because you can then also exclude this segment in your campaigns and flows. This way, only the existing leads will receive the emails and their status updates will go through.Do send a screenshot of your current trigger setup so our Champion and Partner can better assist you if needed. How to exclude collection from coupon codes?

Hey @Vesna EGarden  Yeah, it's true, Klaviyo doesn't have a direct option to exclude specific products or collections from discounts. It allows you to apply discounts to specific collections, but it doesn’t provide an option to exclude certain collections or products.Here is workaround you can consider:Group the products: The only way to apply certain discounts to certain products is to group the products in a collection.Create a discount for that collection: Then create a discount that applies to that collection only. This will ensure only the products in that collection are applicable for a discount.You will have to manually manage your collections and discounts, but it can help you achieve your goal of excluding certain products from discounts.I hope this helps! Massive Traffic Spike to Website When Sending Email Campaigns

Hey @posterprintshop  Now, the issue with the bots has to be controlled before sending the email. Once the email is sent then there's little to do. And sadly to detect and segment bots you have to send campaigns. We have used segmentation in the past to detect and exclude bots by their behavior, but this can only go so far. There's another method we are using to detect bots that consists in including a hidden link that can't be clicked or even seen by humans but is in the email nevertheless, these links can be seen by bots and any profile that report clicks on that link is 100% a bot. But this is not also 100% accurate to detect malicious bots. Let me elaborate on that last part. Sometimes legit recipients might have a security measure in their email provider that could be opening their email and checking all the links for them before they actually open them (sort of like how the Apple Privacy Policy works), which might paint someone as a bot when they are not truly bots. So sadly ther

How do I merge two flows together

Hey @LitUp_Love There are many ways to work around this, but I believe a solution for you is to use the Update Profile Property action at the end of your two flows to tag contacts who have completed it. To add the Update Profile Property action at the end of your flow:Drag and drop a Profile Property Update action into the flow. Click +Add Step. Click into the Choose property action dropdown. Choose Create Profile Property and create the property to help use it as a trigger.Then create a segment that includes these contacts tagged with the Profile Property you created and use this segment as part of your trigger for the general flow you want to put them in. I hope this helps but we always here to help so let us know if you still experiencing and challenges.

Klaviyo Attributed Revenue

Hey @SJ_IIMA Klaviyo Attributed Value, also known as Klaviyo Attributed Revenue can be very useful depending on the settings you use for it. Your settings can determine how accurate it reflects your attributed revenue, but it is also very useful to have another platform/ tool tracking your revenue accurately to measure it's (Klaviyo Attributed Revenue) accuracy.We track our campaigns revenues and report on their performance after a week so at the end of the month we can see which campaigns performed the best knowing where the revenue is attribute to and allowing us to track it if something is off. So you can get inflated numbers but you need to find settings that work for your email program and be able to accurately attend to any inflated numbers knowing which campaign to look at.
