Unsuppress Facebook Lead Ad Profiles

Dear Community,we are experimenting with Facebook lead ads and just configured the Klaviyo integration.We are using a lead magnet (pdf download).We experienced that there are many users that once unsubscribed from our newsletter several months ago and now they fill out the lead ad. Unfortunately, they do not trigger the flow we configured because they are unsubscribed from all lists.How can we change that? When someone fills out a Facebook lead ad his/her opt-out has to be withdrawn.Thank you for your help,Matteo

Why does my Abandoned Cart Show an Incorrect Price?

Hi,My abandoned cart email currently shows the incorrect price (Possibly minus VAT), and in the incorrect currency ($ where I’m a £ user).How can I fix this so it shows the recipient the correct price in their local currency?Thanks,Houssam

Abandoned Cart Show an Incorrect Price?

I have one product on my site that costs £42. Nothing fancy, no subtotals, no separate VAT. Just straight up £42.But my abandoned cart email sends out an email listing the price as £40. Why on earth is it doing this?

Offline email collection at conference

We’ll be collecting email addresses as a conference soon and I’m a little worried about the reliability of the Internet connection. Hopefully we can just use a regular sign-up form on our website, but I’d like to be prepared in case we can’t get online.What solutions have people used for collecting emails without an Internet connection?We’ll be using Amazon Fire (Android) tablets.

Custom "Added to Cart" Event - Shogun

In need of some desperate help!NOTE: - I’m using Shogun which i feel is making things a-lot harder than what it needs to beI’m trying to set up Custom "Added to Cart" Event. I’m using the The "Added to Cart" Snippet [id] to put into my Product.Liquid file. I’ve also got the Web Traffic Tracking code added above it. I’ve tried to fire the snipped for each change i make by cooking my browser.  Active on Site works and can see the traffic but i can’t get the API of Added to Cart to appear under Analytics. Ive also tried using [Class] as an alternative. Why Are Email Addresses Not Syncing into Klaviyo via Shopify Password Newsletter Form?

Hi there, the latest email sign ups via Shopify password newsletter page wont sync with my Klaviyo account. 'This has not been an issue before. I've already checked the integrations settings in shopify and everything looks fine and integrated with Klaviyo. Please advise what else I can do to fix it. Thanks

How to pull the conversion metrics from API.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to use python in order to extract the conversion metrics from API. However, I couldn’t find the proper API to pull the metrics for Flows and Campaigns such as; open_rate, click_rate, and etc… I’ve checked this page https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040093732-How-to-Export-Conversion-Data but, there is no python command API for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Unable to get block to show up in confirmation email

I’m in the process of re-doing a post purchase flow and for some reason, just in the order confirmation email, the block that contains the product details (image of products order, quantity, price, discount, subtotal, tax, shipping, and total) will not show up. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a reason an entire block wouldn’t be visible?

Comparing Paid vs Free Account Plan for Under 200 Subscribers

We got someone to help us set up the email and we’re told there are some segment or features are only available ( active on site feature is one of them  ?) when we upgrade.  On pricing page,  the plan is free for accounts with less than 200 subscribers. Can someone share what features are we missing for a free plan ?

How to segment audience based on whether they are inside a specific flow or not?

Hello team,If my subscribers are still going through Post-Purchase flows, I would like to exclude them from the campaigns. What’s the best way to do it?I tried creating a segment for those who are still going through the Post-Purchase flows. And then I’ll exclude that segment from the campaign. But I can’t find the correct conditions.Please note that I have multiple flows with different lengths(in terms of days). And I want to make sure my audience are not in any of those flows before they can get the campaigns. What’s the best way to implement this? Thank you,.Best,Jep

Started Checkout Javascript Metric not working

Variable field for ProductID

Hey all, We have some dynamic blocks of text we’re trying to show / hide, depending on whether a product was purchased or not.We bring in orders from Shopify and they display a ProductID. What I’m after is the variable field I would enter to show display the dynamic blocks if that product ID was purchased or not. Thanks in advance,Danny

Email is off center after uploading HTML

Hey everyone,I’m running into an issue when I’m uploading a clients HTML source it seems to be off center slightly.  I’m by no means an HTML expert but messed around with the padding and took a quick look at the source coding but nothing stood out to me.  Any help is much appreciated!

Firstly, the API doc says:If you choose to use your own unique identifier with the $id key, you take on the full responsibility of identity management within your Klaviyo account. You must ensure that all calls are made mapping the right $id value you're setting to the right $email. If you send some calls with $id only, these profiles will exist without any associated $email. If calls then come in for the same person, but only $email is part of the request, a permanent duplicate profile will get created for the same person. Given the complexity of ensuring $id and $email are mapped correctly with every call across all data sources, we recommend exclusively using email address to identify individuals. Because of this I originally planned to NOT give our internal ID information to Klaviyo.  However, I was unable to figure out how to update a customer email address without creating a new account (preserve order/browse history) if I didn’t have the unique ID.Therefore, I inserted the $id i

Mailchimp Opened Email Metric Triggered in Klaviyo ?

I’m trying to setup a Flow trigger that triggers if a user receives or clicks on an email. I noticed that there is not Klaviyo specific flow for this, but there are Mailchimp Flows for this? I’m wondering why Mailchimp has more advanced email triggers than Klaviyo? Is there no way to do this in Klaviyo? Seems like a pretty powerful feature.

Product name not showing in email template

When I send out my emails, the product name doesn’t show up (even though it is ticked in the options to show product name). When I highlight over the area, the name is there - but it just doesn’t show up.    How do I get this product name to show up in the emails? Thanks.

When will Users in a Segment Go down a Segment-Triggered Flow?

Hello, Quick and simple question:First I created a Segment and updated it according to my set definitions and Klaviyo filled it with approx. 12 000 members.After this I made a new Flow from which a series of emails will be sent to members who join this Segment.Now is the Question: Will Klaviyo send these emails only to new members after I make the contents of this Flow “Live”, or will Klaivyo send it to these 12 000 members as well? Thank you for your help! Best regards,Alex

How to dynamically display payment methods in an email that is not via credit card

I use this variable for payment method: {{ event.extra.payment_details.credit_card_company }}. It works when customer uses credit card but for Paypal it doesn’t show anything. What can I do to accommodate non-credit card payments?
