Hello,I’m trying to provide a Subscribe form that I can share on social media and would like to just send them a form.  The Help Center shows that this is found in Lists & Segments > Preferences:  However, on my account, Preference Pages is further down under my Sign Up Forms area.  I only have the Manage Preferences and Unsubscribe areas...not the Subscribe.  How can I get the Subscribe area?  Additionally, will that generate a link that can be shared with customers and/or added to my campaigns?

Has anyone else noticed any of their custom properties missing when trying to use them within segments?I’ve created some custom properties for when subscribers have completed a flow. but when attempting to use that custom property to create a segment, it doesn’t show up in the drop down list of properties to choose from? It’s hit and miss - some show up, some don’t, even though they have been created in exactly the same way.Appreciate if anyone has any advice on a fix?Thanks,Meeta 

Hi, I moved from aweber yesterday to Klaviyo. Move has been pretty easy, Im just putting the sign up forms on my site, I have found where I put the url for the redirect to a custom page in the list in klaviyo, but as Im testing my form it doesnt redirect? advise please? Thanks, Kate

Hello all,As we prepare for BFCM we are looking into how to manege flow’s coupons. We are cutting down the prices on the website directly and we need to turn them all off.Would it be a good idea to clone the current flows and send a different version without incentives? Any recommendation on how to handle the welcome flow? What would be the best option to offer in exchange for the email on the pop-up sign up form? We are thinking about a gift card drawing to be held beginning of December.Any advice would be appreciated!Violeta 

I’m curious about what others are doing.We have multiple “free gift” landing pages that use Klaviyo forms to sign up users. What I’d prefer is for users to all go to the same list, but be able to get added to a different flow based on that.What I’ve tried is building the flow with:Added to List (Main List) Flow Filter: $source = Signup form nameBut this doesn’t seem to work for existing contacts. I’ve gotten it to work by signing everyone up on separate lists than the main list, but I want to consolidate those into a master list which is what gets sends for things like newsletters. I know that I can create a segment of all of those lists and consolidate that way (which is what I’m currently doing), but I was just curious if there was a more streamlined method?

Hi there,I’m in the UK and looking to start developing my SMS subscribers list. From what I understand, the SMS feature in Klaviyo is only available in the US, is that correct? Is there an ETA on when it might become more widely available?I currently use SMS Bump for SMS marketing (e.g. abandoned checkouts) and am using Just Uno for the pop up on my website to collect email addresses. I’m looking into how I can create an additional field in my Just Uno pop up to collect the users phone number on the pop up too and then have these saved in Klaviyo within the subscribers profile. Is there a way to create a segment with emails using wildcards or regex? I would like to filter out emails from our business domain with pluses (+) in them. They are generally used as test accounts so we dont need to send marketing materials to all of these internal accounts.Example: test.user+11032020@domain.com I tried creating a definition with ‘*+*@domain.com’ but it doesnt find any accounts. Any input is appreciated.

Today you kicked me out from klavio from my shopify and forced me to RE-sign with no reason.In addiction after I filled everything I found that you deleted all the 5 mail I got the last evenining… contact that I found by payng facebook aDV.So know… can you give me the lead me back? or who refound my contat that you lost after my facebook ads campaign?I was wondering to upgrade my account but after this unbelievable thing your platform is totally unreliable to work with! I am creating a flow where I offer a free download of an e-book. How can I create a conditional split based on whether the viewer has clicked the download link or not? I want to send reminders to those that do not download after a few days.

Hi everyone, where do I find the docs for injectable abandoned cart data like;product image, product name, quantity, etc? I found this, but it doesn’t give the abandoned cart tags.https://www.klaviyo.com/docs/email-tags I’m developing custom custom cart abandonment templates. Can’t complete the task without the tags.

I just tried to export a report, but it doesn't seem to be downloading. What happened to it? 

This is a great feature, but when will this be a stand alone implementation that can be used on any theme. Currently it isn’t “really” supported on newer stores because of how Shopify changed their APIs… 

When I registered for an account with Klaviyo, I typed in the wrong email address, so now I can't receive the account confirmation email. How do I change this?
