How can I display the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon?

I want to show and calculate the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon.I can show cart total with  {{event.extra.SubTotal}}E.g. I want to show how much they would save if they applied a 10% discount.However, I cannot find any information about math calculations, or whether Klaviyo even uses liquid. any help is appreciated!

Subscribed to list data

Hi,I would like to analyse the impact ($) of the contests we run, that work with subscription to a list.For this purpose, I have created a Multi-Metric report in which I request the sum of unique profiles who subscribed to a list and the sum of placed order value, with a filter on my UTM Campaign.My question is : do people who were already in my list appear in the results?Or is there any better way to get the information I am looking for ie NEW subscribers and sales associated only with these NEW subscribers for my contest?Thank you for your help,Cecile

Advise | Newsletter Subs. for coming soon page - and then?

Hi there,I am looking for your experience and advise in terms of newsletter in regards to a coming soon page.My page is currently setup as a coming soon page, no countdown yet since I dont know whether I go in 3, 4 or 5 weeks online.I have setup with Klavijo now a newsletter if the customer subscribe it (content is some preview incl. discount code).❔Should I send out a second mail as long as the page is not ready yet?The Klavijo flow suggest then a few days waiting time, followed by a social media mail which includes some shopping options. Last I cant add yet, since page is not live yet.❔Any advise what the content should in case you recommend to send out a second mail? I have already setup Instagram and Pinterest but no content yet. I plan to start here maybe 2 weeks before going live with the page. Thanks in advance.

Can I choose the properties that fields default to when importing CSV?

We often import CSVs to our database with custom properties like ‘Order ref’ ‘Error’. When uploading these CSV files, these fields will very often auto default to the incorrect properties - see image belowIs there a way we can configure these properties to match up within Klaviyo so that they default to the correct types once uploaded in the future?

Flow for pre order list

Hey!I have a question regarding setting up a pre-order list for my upcoming product launch. I will be launching three new products soon and I want to send an email to my existing customers, inviting them to register for the pre-sale subscription list so that they can stay informed about the launch. Since I have three different products, I want to give customers the option to sign up for each product separately, and I want to keep these customers in different registration lists. My question is, is it possible to add a registration form in a Klaviyo email or is there a better way to approach this?Thank you in advance for your response!

Repeat Purchase Flow - Show Previous Order Item From Category

Hi everyone,I am looking to set up a series of repeat purchase flows for products which typically need replacing within a certain time frame. As the majority of the products on our website are applicated for individual vehicles, I would like to be able to pull in the product that the customer last ordered from a specific product category. For example, an email reminder to purchase new wiper blades would be sent out every 6 months. In the body of the email, I would like to show the customer the wiper blades that they purchased last time, rather than a popular wiper blade which may not fit their car. Is it possible to create a dynamic block to show the customers purchase history within a specific product category?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Phil

Unable to match bought categories in history with product recommender

Hello,we have succesfully conected our WooCommerce shop and it now loads all the available products. Problem is when we create this flow: “Customer Winback - A/B Test Time Delay”, it simply does not read from what customer buys to then recommend him something from our WooCommerce. We have the data on both sides and i think the categories are matching, but when i look at the previews examples it does not take what some one has bought in history to the recommender. Can someone help? :)Tadeáš

How to get the best of flows?

Hi, Could anyone take a look at my flow setting, I set up my flow based on users' interest and how they react with the website and Klaviyo. However I am not quite sure if it's best to set multiple or is it best to set just oneAlso, I want to make sure it doesn't trigger too much, what are your suggestions on a flow such as this?Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed Thank you so much

Display a default price percentage

Hi there, i am currently using a dynamic product feed built into one of my flows which displays the default product price automatically. Is there a way to display a percentage of this price? So instead of displaying “£20” it would dynamically show “£15” automatically? Would i need to insert some custom code? All advice is appreciated. Many thanks :)

Flow filter trigger for repeat customers

Merge tags not working correctly

Hi all, i am currently using the merge tag {{ event|lookup:'Items Purchased' }} to illustrate the customers recent purchases but the merge tag doesn’t seem to be pulling in the recently purchased products. If I send a link in an email for a certain page in my website to a customer, can I track the customer behavior whether they clicked this link or not. And if yes, can I track the activities done after clicking this link?

Dynamic Table where content are collections

Hey Community,I’ve started feeling helpless after reading whatever I could but still can’t find the solution of creating a dynamic block where we link to collections as a recommendations. We want to make blocks where to link to a collections/product categories the person has recently viewed or popular ones instead of single products. Add to cart trigger

I was wondering if someone could give me a hand….I’m trying to add a ‘add to cart trigger’ and the flow keeps saying I need to add special code. Using Metrics vs Profile Properties

Hi all,new to klaviyo learning the concepts and the api. It seems there is some overlap in the functionality between Metrics and Profile Properties. Could not find much information about which is used for what.How do I decide whether to use a Metric or a Profile Property?For example, I want to:Identify users who participated in the beta of our product Keep track of users who have / have not completed a questionnaire (and use a flow to remind them to do so)Looking forward to here what you think.

Abandoned Cart (template) - Filter Question

Hi everyone.I have a very basic question. What is the purpose of the following filter in the flow preset:what someone has done - started checkout zero times - since starting this flowIt seems a little strange adding this filter rule after a trigger: Started checkout. I am wondering what would happen if I were to leave out this “started checkout zero times filter”. Any explanation with potential scenario would be helpfull.Also: does the filter: placed order zero times since starting this flow remove people from the flow if they decide to purchase at any point during the flow? Best regards and appreciate your thoughts.

Stripe purchase automation fail

Hey guys,I’ve set up a flow that it’s triggered to start once a customer gets a succesful payment via stripe, yet it’s not working and her clients are not getting the emails. It’s always been a lottery for me when setting up this flows with this specific action as a trigger.Should I be more specific and add a filter which will specify the amount her customer will be paying?Thanks in advance for the help.Juan
