Custom metric installation on Wordpress

ACTION REQUIRED] Klaviyo Magento 2 extension update

Hi all,I recently received this email:Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024. All code using these legacy v1/v2 APIs needs to be updated, and the following accounts are currently using our legacy APIs.I was notified that my account will be affected by this.We did not update any code or API, rather our team migrated to newer version of Magento i.e. 2.4.7, after this migration, we received the following email.Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024, and your Magento 2 integration will be impacted unless you upgrade the extension. Extension versions using Klaviyo’s legacy APIs will no longer operate as expected after the retirement date.You need to upgrade your Magento 2 extension before June 30, 2024. Now, I want to confirm:a. Do I only need to upgrade to the latest extension of Klaviyo and the Legacy API issue will be resolved?b. Is this upgrade going to affect my current lists, segments, flows etc?

From Gmail's Promotion Section to Primary Section.

Hi everyone,I have been sending email campaigns and emails via automated flows through Klaviyo from quite some time now, I want to ask if there’s a way where can align emails that land directly in the primary section rather than in promotions, moreover, how can we check if our emails do into primary section or promotions in Gmail recipients?

Integration of Mailgun with Klaviyo via Zapier

Hi everyone,I wanted to inquire about something, My website is built on Magento and it is integrated with my Klaviyo account, I’ve all the ecommerce metrics available to me like AoS, ATC, IC etc. My flows are automated too, but now I also want to integrate Mailgun with Klaviyo due to these two reasons:A. The customers who request a quote for any of our items get a mail from our customer support team via Klaviyo, I want to automate this process that whenever someone requests a quote, that segement would receive a personalized email via Klaviyo rather than Mailgun. But what segment is mailgun going to fetch specifically for this task, and if this is a possibility via Klaviyo.B. I don’t want to create a list where I would have to manually add customer’s info (for the flow)Any solution?

Revenue Attribution to Emails

Hi there, I basically two questions, would be great if you can share your input.I recently sent an email campaign, I could see the analytics on how it performed, it’s performance was by far the lowest.Now, when I looked at a few profiles there were two cases:Some customers received the email, didn’t open it and placed order. Does this placed order value reflect in my campaign analytics?Second, a customer received my email, opened it, didn’t order anything, he was then targeted by my active on site flow email, he opened it and placed order. Now, is this placed order value attributed to my campaign email or my flow email or both?

Klaviyo Integration with Wordpress

Hi there, I’ve a B2B website, and I want to integrate it with Klaviyo. This is not an ecommerce website, it has the option to collect leads via lead forms on the website and nothing else. How can I integrate this with Klaviyo? I do not only want to integrate the signup form from klaviyo on my website, I want complete integration because I want to sent automated emails (flows) to those who have visited specific pages on my website.Note*There are no add to cart, check out options on this website, therefore what metrics should I consider installing?

Exporting Custom Report

Hi there,Is there any way to export a report or to create a segment that shows the users who have signed up for my newsletters since day 01. And then to export a report or create a segment that shows:a. How many users have placed order till date?​​​​​​ b. How many users have not placed a single order yet?If yes, can someone guide me on how to export this data/report. Thank you.

Browse Abandonment Flow (For customers who've logged in)

Hi, I need some guidance over setting up a browse abandonment flow. My website has two features.a. You can browse and shop products on my website without having to log in.For these customers, I already have set up some flows.b. You can browse and shop products after logging in to my website (for additional discounts).I haven’t setup any flows for this yet, I’m not sure on how to accomplish this since the browsing link and pages would be entirely different.Would be great if someone has insights on how to get this done.

I want to create a list for users who have logged in into my website and then create a welcome flow for those who have logged in (I also have a welcome flow for users who have shared their email address via sign up forms).Can someone guide on how to create a list (for users who have logged in only)?

Consent for sending emails in the US

I’ve a list of email addresses of different businesses, I obtained these emails from a friend of mine who works in the similar industry, am I eligible to send newsletters/emails to these businesses and individuals or do I need to consent from each business/individual to send them emails or newsletters in the USA.Want to know the legal aspect over this, would be great if anyone could guide, thanks.
