Campaign shows 100% "skipped" recipients — even with Smart Sending disabled and profiles confirmed subscribed

Hi all,Hoping someone has run into this before. I have a list ("CTC French," 142 profiles, imported from Mailchimp) and every campaign I send to it results in 100% skipped / 0 sent.What I've ruled out so far:Consent: checked a sample profile — Email Marketing Consent shows "Subscribed" (method: List upload).Smart Sending: initially suspected this since the profile subscribed ~16 hours before the send. I cloned the campaign, explicitly disabled Smart Sending, and rescheduled — still got 142 skipped / 0 sent.Deliverability tab: no bounce, unsubscribe, or spam complaint history to explain a suppression.Has anyone dealt with an entire imported list getting skipped like this even after disabling Smart Sending? Trying to figure out if this is a list-level flag, a segment condition, or something specific to Mailchimp-imported profiles that I'm missing. Screenshots attached showing the Overview tab (142 skipped) and the profile's consent details.Any pointers appreciated — happy to share more details if useful.

Hi ​@PatrickB,Thank you for reaching out here!If Smart Sending is off and the entire list is still being skipped, it may less likely to be a Mailchimp import issue and more so something in the campaign send settings or profile eligibility.I’d take a close look at any excluded segments (if any), engagement filters, or recipient rules on the campaign itself. If the profiles are truly marked as subscribed and there is no suppression history, 100% skipped on the full list does not sound like normal behavior.Given that this might be an issue specific to your list/account, I will go ahead and reach to you over direct message for more information.
