We are trying to sign up for Klaviyo email subscription. The dropdown won’t let us choose how many subscribers we have - the selection won’t go past 6k. How can we fix this so we can sign up? We've tried contacting support, but there is no response.

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the dropdown that appears when you try to choose your plan? Klaviyo should allow you to select any plan higher than your current active profile count, so I’d be curious to know if something different is occurring in your account. Additionally, did you reach out to support via our Klaviyo.com/support link?
