Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my Klaviyo plan from the free tier to the $30/month plan (1,000 active profiles and 10,000 email sends) but I keep running into an error during the checkout/payment process.
I've tried multiple times and the error persists. I also tried reaching out via the in-app support but the live chat and virtual assistant are both currently down.
My account email is contact@naushadali.in. Could someone from the Klaviyo team please assist me in completing this upgrade?
