Collecting birthday data using a custom html form

Hi!I am building a custom hosted page in my account that will serve as the manage preferences page. I want to collect birthday data but can’t get the custom property to show up in a users profile. Hi :-)I’ve just contacted a bunch of people to sign up via my embedded sign up email form and they can’t input info into email and name fields.I’ve checked the link and it seems to be right. I’m using Woocommerce and it was working a week ago and I’ve only tweaked the appearance since then.Please help!

How to add marketing code to sign up form

Hi there,I’m trying to create a pop-up sign up form where I’m asking for customers name, email and phone number. Straight forward enough.But I also want to record the customers marketing channel against their record if they sign up.What is the best way to do this? I tried adding some custom jquery that added it to an additional form field but the inputted value kept getting overwritten when I clicked on another field.Is there a proper way to do this with Klaviyo?My marketing channel/code will be held in local storage.Thanks!

How do I centre align an embedded sign up form on Shopify?

I have created the sign up form on Klaviyo and copied the embed code and entered onto my Shopify site using the Custom Liquid feature on Shopify 2.0 themes. The sign up form sits to the left hand side of the page and I don’t know how to centre align it. Any help? Image for reference:

Why can't I tag a Signup Form?

I can add a tag to Flows and Campaigns, but not Sign Up forms. It makes it very difficult to manage separate B2C and B2B Signup forms at the same time other than using the naming convention of the form itself.Advantages:Being able to tag lists would make it very easy to tag something as B2C or B2B, then filter down to what are currently focusing on   We can currently manage our Campaigns and Flows via tags so adding this to the Signup Forms section wouldn’t be too hard, and it would make using Klaviyo much more consistent   Having user level access at a tag level would make it easy for us to invite external partners to our account to manage signup forms for their market

Passing information from signup form back to website

Hi all,I have a signup form that includes simple customer information. Once they submit, they get an email that sends them to specific pages on our website.If they don’t buy and need more information I want them to click a button that will autopopulate a form to be sent to our outbound contact team.So my question is, is it possible to take name, company and phone number information from the original form and then autopopulate an email that is sent when they click a button?

How to change width of input fields?

Hi, new to Klaviyo but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.My text input fields in my embedded signup form are full width. I would like to shorten the width of these input fields.For example, “first name”, “last name” input fields do not need to be full width, and stacked.Additional question - Can first and last name be in two columns? I can’t find anything to assist with column in the designing stage within Klaviyo.The submit button is also full width within the embedded form, can I constrain that to the button text? Website Info:I’m using Elementor on a wordpress site, with woocommerce.I’m using the Astra Pro theme. Thanks so much.

Auto fill location?

Hi,Is there a way to have a text input field auto-fill?I would like users to fill in the area they are located, such as suburb. Many forms have an auto-fill feature where the user starts writing the suburb, and the options appear.This helps to remove spelling errors and thus creating a new location which should actually be an existing location.Thanks.

How do I embed a Sign Up Form onto a PAGE within Shopify, such as my Contact Page. I am clicking the < > on that specific page and adding it, but it is not showing up?This is the page I am trying to add it to… https://getthegifts.com/pages/rick-and-morty-giveawayI am trying to run a Giveaway where I send people to my website to Fill Out an Entry Form.I would also like to make it so they have to Follow Us on Social Media to Enter. Ideally would like this to be integrated into the form, but I could also just explain it in the text as they enter the contest, and add a link for them to do so.

Hidden Fields still posting to profile after deletion from button on embedded form

Hello,I’m working with hidden fields to capture lead source information.  During testing, I deleted all of the hidden fields from the button on the embedded form and deleted the associated custom properties from my test profile.  However, when I submit the form, the hidden fields reappear.  I’ve verified that the form I’m working with is the form that is embedded in the page and tested this numerous times but it’s still happening.  Any ideas as to why?Thanks!Roy

Embedded form not rendering with Impulse Theme

Hi,I am trying to add an embedded form into our footer. We are using shopify with the impulse theme. I posted the code into the footer liquid as described in the tutorial, but it wont show up. I then tried to post it somewhere else, still a no show :-/ I also made sure to delate the code wherever I posted it. If I edit the theme however the sign up form shows up 3 times, but is still nowhere to be seen on the live page… How is that even possible? What do I do wrong? I am no coder and have no clue what I’m doing….Please help!Thank you in advance!Cheers Elli

Why isn’t my sign up form showing on my site?

If your form is published in Klaviyo but not displaying:Verify that you have the signup form code snippet installed on your site. If you’re using an embedded form, verify that you have the embed code installed on your site. Verify that your site is live. Check the Behaviors tab in the Signup Form Builder to ensure that the form is configured to display on the URL that you are viewing. Make sure you’re not using Internet Explorer. New signup forms won’t appear on Internet Explorer. Re-run the test in incognito/private browsing mode in a new window. It may be that you have already closed the popup, which is why it isn’t displaying again. We cookie browsers for 2 years, so once someone closes a popup, they won’t see the same popup again for another 2 years (unless they clear their cookies).

Tracking Sign Up Form Submit with Facebook Pixel Woocommerce

Hello, Is a way to setup the Klaviyo signup forms to trigger a Facebook pixel event on my Woocommerce store?The goal would be to optimize Facebook ads for a signup event at our Woocommerce store. I thought it would be a no-brainer but apparently I can’t figure it out.I tried to use Facebook’s Event Manager to tag the Submit Button, but it won’t recognize the Klaviyo pop up-form.I read somewhere that I can do this, but I'm unsure how does it work with Woocommerce, and where do I place the code. Shopify Footer Newsletter Sign up - not in Klaviyo

I have looked for this topic in the community and seen the replies about turning OFF the Shopify Double Opt in. Mine is OFF but still my tests are not ending up in my Klaviyo newsletter list. (I also have the Klaviyo Double opt in OFF) How do I fix this please?

Embedded form is blank

I’m trying to embed two different sign up forms for two different lists on two different websites.  The pop up and fly in options work fine, but the embed option, which is what I want to use, just shows up as blank.Rather than dive into the weeds I just decided to use the fly in option.  But then when I created another sign up form and tired to apply it the same way, it now is listing BOTH of my sign up form overtop of each other ON BOTH SITES. Do I need a different code snippet, and if so how do I get one?

Facebook Event Manager doesn't work with Klaviyo? How to manually do it on Shopify?

I saw a previous post going over something similar but I didn’t understand the solution. Thought it would be as simple as throwing this code into the theme folder but I don’t see it working. I already have the pixel installed by shopify so it’s on every page. I’m not a developer but it seems like it should be pretty easy but I’m just not getting it to work. Display different images in popup form

I’ve been asked to have a different image display in a popup every time a user goes on to the website. Is there a way of doing this in the targeting & behavior section? At the moment I created an A/B test with 3 variations (3 images) and have it set to end in 2024 and figured this was the best of getting it done. I’m open to ideas here. Thanks!

Can I create a Klaviyo Signup Form for Account Creation in my Shopify store?

I want to create a custom account registration form in Shopify but it looks like it only stores it in the Cistomer Note area. So instead I am looking to create it in Klaviyo using a build from scratch form (embedded)I need the following fields, Title, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (optional), Anniversary Date (Optional), Email address, Retype Email, Password (with 8 characters minimum and special requirements, Retype password, Newsletter and Sms consent  - and i want double opt inIt seems like this is possible except the password part…..AM i able to do the above and use that on the shopify site? or am i not understanding this? if i use this form how do this new customer’s collected info appear in Shopify so it can be used and edited within online account?

What do to with contacts that subscribe again (and again and again...) via a Klaviyo form?

HI All, we’re pretty new to Klaviyo coming from Infusionsoft.Here’s my issue:  Contacts consistently “re-subscribe” in order to attempt to gain access to another coupon code.How we used to handle it:Facts: we offer a one time larger discount for signing up.  This is used often. Some contacts either forget they are already subscribed to our list or they attempt to gain access to that same discount again by using the form again.In Keap/Infusionsoft, it was a very simple matter to check to their status and send them a different email.  Example - is contact already subscribed?  Yes → Send email that informs them they’ve already subscribed.  No? → send them the first time welcome email.But in Klaviyo, when I fill out a form a second or third time.. I receive no email.  No welcome email, no welcome series, no nothing - despite the fact the “success” message says go look for a confirmation email.  Feels sloppy.I was on a different website and I tested what they did, and their form stops you r

Why isn't My Legacy Embed form Redirecting to URL upon form submission?

I am trying to redirect to a confirmation page when a sign up form is submitted. I found a snippet in other answers that I am trying to use but it is not working--Ithe success modal still appears after submission and the url does not change. This is a shopify site and I made by Sign up form in the wysiwyg form creator. Here is the code at the bottom of my theme.liquid file

Popup Ad - Font wrong on website

The Button Fonts are both wrong when this pop-up hits my website. Supposed to be Helvetica. THIS IS THE CORRECT FONT – DESIGNED IN KLAVIYO ^THIS IS WHAT IS HITTING THE WEBSITE NOTE: FONT DIFFERENT FOR CONTINUE BUTTON AND “I’LL PAY FULL PRICE” ^
