Sign Up Form Targeting: avoiding returning customers seeing new customer incentive

HEY ALL, In the run up to Black Friday Cyber Monday our sales decrease as people hold out hoping for deals. BACKGROUNDWe are running a sign up incentive until 10th November to offer New Profiles / New Customers 10% off to sign up.A new customer is: someone who has never made a purchase from us and has not subscribed to any marketing lists. I don’t want this offer to show to existing subscribers or existing customers as we want new people to try shopping with us. I don’t want existing customers to unsubscribe or use alternative emails just to sign up and get the offer. Existing customers: anyone who has made a purchase in the last 15 months  AND/OR they may be a subscriber to our marketing lists.  I want to gain as many new sign ups as possible before BFCM. Incentive Sign up form: in the targeting & behavior section I am excluding anyone on my Main Newsletter lists AND a segment of customers who have purchased at least once in the last 15 months. Welcome Flow: for this short incenti

How can I create Pop Up forms at scale?

As you will most likely know serving a relevant pop up to each customer is key to increasing sign up rate. For example if you run a bike shop then the pop up on the specialized road bike pages should have a creative with a road bike image and perhaps text such as ‘Road Bikes good enough for the Tour De France’ whilst if on a mountain bike page the pop up would have a different image and text such as ‘ Serious bikes for Serious Terrain’, etc. It is partcularly important on stores where is a split ie there is little overlap where road bikers are also keen mountain bikers and vice versa. The same goes for yachts and power boats, Himalayan adventurers and festival goers both landing on a tent product should likewise receive a different pop up.Howver if you have perphaps 150 brands across different product groups the creation of custom pop ups can be quite a task to undertake. Custom code consent page with custom property

Hello,I am currently working on creating a custom consent page. As I own a dog supplement brand, I am saving the name of the dog in my Klaviyo profiles as well.In my custom consent page I want to give my subscribers the possibility to see and change the name of their dog. It’s no problem to show the dog’s name in the consent page, but to save it. Using exit intent for a pop-up form on mobile

Hi there!I have a question about the use of exit pop-ups on mobiles. I know that on desktop they’re triggered by the cursor behavior, right?I have read in this article https://www.klaviyo.com/blog/exit-popups that we could use the scroll up as a trigger. But how can I add this in my klaviyo signup forms? The option “ Show when visitor is exiting the page “ already do this for me?Thank you very much!

Importing font from my website

Hey there.So my client is using a font on his e-shop that doesn’t exist in Klaviyo nor Google Font.I’m wondering how can I import a font to be able to match his website font and the font on the pop-up ?I’ve tried to look up a few tutoriels but all of them focus on Google Font or Adobe Font, but none on actually how import font.Thanks for your help.Steve

Klaviyo sign up page for mobile

Hi All,  I’ve created a sign up form and have embedded the code onto my shopify website. The desktop version of the form appears fine however the mobile version needs to be reformatted. I suspect that I will need 2 version of the sign up form (1) for desktop (2) for mobile. How do you add the code to your shopify password liquid content so the right version will show for desktop and mobile?  Thanks.

Sign-up form submissions not showing in list

Hello,My signup form submissions aren’t showing in the newsletter list I’ve selected. Double Opt In is turned off. I don’t think that there are any issues with the settings so I don’t understand why submissions won’t show in the list. I have 3 submissions in the form, 0 in the list.

Why is my Pop Up constantly reappearing after clicking the 'X' button?

Hi there!We are experiencing this simple yet such an impactful bug that in the past couple days has literally zero-ed our conversions. Everything being invested on ad spend is being wasted. On clicking the close ‘X’ button at top right of the pop up (Signup Forms), the pop up disappears and reappears within the same second. So the user is not able to get rid of it and is dropping out.Klaviyo support is so poor to get back after 2 days. Any thoughts about the issue or how this could be resolved?

Content behind an email wall (sign up forms)

Hi, we have an outlet within our Shopify store and I want to capture emails before users enter the outlet by triggering a pop up that acts like a wall - so user has to enter email details before entry. I have followed the very helpful step by step process to create a custom trigger (sign up form) and pasted the code onto the relevant Shopify page but the form is not showing up. You’ve worked hard to design the perfect form and just as you’re getting ready to publish it to your store, you realize you selected the wrong list to direct subscribers to (we’ve all been there!).Luckily, Klaviyo makes it easy to change the list your form is directed to in two quick steps:In the form editor, click your form’s CTA button. This will open a new menu on the left-hand side of the screen Click the dropdown next to the List to Submit section and choose your new list! Once you’ve made the change, remember to set your form to Live mode and click the Publish button!

Link a button on my store to Trigger a popup form

I have a page on my Shopify store with a Button that when pressed I would like it to trigger a Klaviyo popup, is this possible? Thank you for any advice, I did see they have the Legacy, but the form and button was very basic, so I would like to just use the button that is created with the website theme and just some how link that to trigger the popup. Thank you

Klaviyo - Embed sing up form Messed Up My Website Fonts.

Hello! I just installed the klaviyo email marketing app. And tried to set up an embedded sign up form. But a problem occurred when I put the embedded sign-up form into my website. website: arprosystems.compassword: ialdeaprovider: shopify Some of the words that are in my website changed fonts and are stuck in those fonts. It even changes the fonts when I removed the sign up forms. When refreshing the site you can see how it changes the words.For example the language chooser (''Latviešu'') - you can see how it is in the original font and then it changes to a random light font. (Also the selection words in the dropdown menu changed for the ''palīdzība'' section) When I am trying to change the font to something else these words on the whole website just don't change..... I had Poppins Medium font - and put a Poppins font onto my sign-up form on the word ''E-pasts'' / ''Email'' (Maybe that changed something?) On the sign up form there is also an Arials BLACK font on the word ''PIESEKO'' /

Sign Up Link not Linking with Instagram sticker

I created a new full page sign up form to use only on instagram stories. It says the page in working. When I type the link directly into my web browser it works as it should. But when I post the link with the instagram sticker, the link just takes you to my website’s home page. I tried to access the sticker form multiple instagram accounts, and the link always goes to the homepage only. What am I doing wrong?

I have disabled the exit pop up in klaviyo. The exit pop up still shows on the website.  I removed the Klaviyo app from my store.  The pop up still shows up.What can I do to remove the pop up?

Formatting Sign Up Forms for Desktop or Mobile

I have 2 forms 1 for desktop which appears correctly.1 for mobile which is not appearing correctly. None of the styling of the text is correct. How can we design a form for mobile specifically? It just appears as a Narrow or squished desktop version of the form.

Collect SMS consent with legacy form

I’m trying to collect SMS consent on a legacy form submitting to https://manage.kmail-lists.com/ajax/subscriptions/subscribe From the API documentation, I’ve tried to collect the consent with the following data objects: $consent: ["sms"],phone_number: customers_number"sms_consent": true, In the API documentation I see that it specifies "sms_consent": True with a capitalised True. But if I use that in this context the script is expecting a variable so I’ve used a lowercase true But this doesn’t seem to work with the subscription ajax. Multi-step Signup Form: SMS Coupon Code

I’m brand new to Klaviyo and just setup my first sign-up form using the Klaviyo Multi-step email and SMS popup. How do I set it up so a unique coupon code gets sent via email or SMS to the subscriber? I didn’t see any other steps in the sign-up form setup process that allows me to do this and I tried googling and looking in these forums for answers but couldn’t find any. Appreciate any/all help, thank you. (PS. I’m using WooCommerce)

I created a signup form that should submit to a list called “Ebook.” However, on clicking the submit button, the name is added to the “Engaged (3 Months)” list instead of “Ebook.” Am I doing something wrong?

Proving consent without GDPR enabled SignUps

Hello AlltogetherIt would be very nice if you would share your opinions or workflow concerning the double opt in.We collect new subscribers via a Klaviyo Signup (GDPR Conformity not enabled on that Popup in order to get a cleaner look. But we have a seperate Popup for cookies and tracking consent.) We have a double Optin where the profiles are added into a marketing list only once they confirm, that they want to receive marketing emails. When those profiles unsubscribe, they get suppressed as expected.My concern is now, what if someone claims to not have confirmed to receive marketing emails? I have no consent details like time of consent, IP adress and so on like I had in mailchimp before.How do you handle such cases? How can i proof consent without to enable GDPR conformity?Best regards, Frank

Woocommerce 'unable to detect sign up forms installed' message, but I'm using plugin.

Having a few issues setting up Klaviyo, which is very frustrating. I have already installed and linked the wordpress plugin. My sales data has all transferred, except for one issue (Started Checkout doesn’t track) that I’ve contacted support about. I’ve built my first sign up form. When I hit publish, I receive the following error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation. I click on the link but it tells me that if I’m using Woocommerce and have integrated using the plugin, I don’t need to add the code snippet. Everything is set up correctly, so not sure why this is happening. I’ve hit publish, it says it’s live. I’ve added the form embed code to my website but it doesn’t appear. What’s the fix?
