PopUp form doesn't show

Hi,I made a popup form on Klaviyo but isn’t appearing on my Website.The Online Javascript is on, the form is Live. The integration says that is all good. The Integration between Klaviyo and Shopify are good and have already have data of transations collected a year ago.Just the popup isn’t working

Add Birthday to profile

I have created a signup form on my site, asking for the customer’s email and birthday. However, I cannot figure out how to import the birthday into a usable field (i.e. to send birthday emails).I’ve tried searching and have come up empty.

Why am I seeing an Integrations Setting Error Message in my Collect Subscribers Checkbox?

Hi, I’m having some challenges with email sign-ups to my default Shopify footer sign up not being added to my On-site Newsletter Sign Up list. I’ve ensured that both double-opt in (Shopify and Klaviyo) have been turned off. When I sign up with a test email, it is creating a customer profile in Shopify AND within Klaviyo, however that profile isn’t being added to a list. I noticed that within my Shopify integration tab, the below “Collect Subscribers” checkbox is currently unchecked; but when I check it and select the list, it comes up with the error “We are unable to update your integration settings….”Is anyone able to advise on this please? Thanks :)

Sign Up Form Targeting: avoiding returning customers seeing new customer incentive

HEY ALL, In the run up to Black Friday Cyber Monday our sales decrease as people hold out hoping for deals. BACKGROUNDWe are running a sign up incentive until 10th November to offer New Profiles / New Customers 10% off to sign up.A new customer is: someone who has never made a purchase from us and has not subscribed to any marketing lists. I don’t want this offer to show to existing subscribers or existing customers as we want new people to try shopping with us. How can I create Pop Up forms at scale?

As you will most likely know serving a relevant pop up to each customer is key to increasing sign up rate. For example if you run a bike shop then the pop up on the specialized road bike pages should have a creative with a road bike image and perhaps text such as ‘Road Bikes good enough for the Tour De France’ whilst if on a mountain bike page the pop up would have a different image and text such as ‘ Serious bikes for Serious Terrain’, etc. It is partcularly important on stores where is a split ie there is little overlap where road bikers are also keen mountain bikers and vice versa. The same goes for yachts and power boats, Himalayan adventurers and festival goers both landing on a tent product should likewise receive a different pop up.Howver if you have perphaps 150 brands across different product groups the creation of custom pop ups can be quite a task to undertake. woocommerce newsletter form embed

Hi I have WP form setup on our websites newsletter signup. Happy to replace this with Klaviyo code, however when I go to create an email embed I am  unable to delete the block “No, thanks” even though it isnt needed as this isnt a popup and will be scrolled past and ignored if no interest.I am also unsure of how I can set this up so that styling and layout is picked up from current site.In essence all I want is the form and function from Klaviyo minus styling. Thanks

How do I make a sign up form pop up only on specific urls?

I want to have only some of my blog posts (a specific subject matter) get a signup pop up that offers them a download.    is this possible? How do you do this. What are best practices for sign up to download? thanks!

Spam bots on a form that DOESN'T even have an email entry box!

I have a Klaviyo “form” that’s really not a form… it just catches people when they leave a blog post to click a link button. And yet for the past few months, I’m getting multiple spambot email signups a day FROM THIS FORM that doesn’t even have a place for an email entry box or a submit button. I don’t even see these bots on LuckyOrange, so I’m assuming they’re calling this Klaviyo form without even going to my website. Why is this, and what can I do? What the “form” looks like that is nonetheless getting spam signups... I know it’s this form because the profiles say this:And I’ve been able to create a segment based on the form ID… but then I have to manually suppress/delete the profiles here AND in Shopify. Why are the bots doing this, and HOW are they doing it?

Legacy form example with URL redirect after clicking form submit button

iPad email list sign up for brick & mortar

I want to build a simple sign up form for an iPad. The concept (nothing new of course) is an iPad station in my store where people can sign up for the email list. Ideally it goes back to square 1 for the next person after completion. Are there any tutorials for this - I’ve searched and can not find a solution. Any help is appreciated!

Custom code consent page with custom property

Hello,I am currently working on creating a custom consent page. As I own a dog supplement brand, I am saving the name of the dog in my Klaviyo profiles as well.In my custom consent page I want to give my subscribers the possibility to see and change the name of their dog. It’s no problem to show the dog’s name in the consent page, but to save it. Using exit intent for a pop-up form on mobile

Hi there!I have a question about the use of exit pop-ups on mobiles. I know that on desktop they’re triggered by the cursor behavior, right?I have read in this article https://www.klaviyo.com/blog/exit-popups that we could use the scroll up as a trigger. But how can I add this in my klaviyo signup forms? The option “ Show when visitor is exiting the page “ already do this for me?Thank you very much!

Klaviyo sign up page for mobile

Hi All,  I’ve created a sign up form and have embedded the code onto my shopify website. The desktop version of the form appears fine however the mobile version needs to be reformatted. I suspect that I will need 2 version of the sign up form (1) for desktop (2) for mobile. How do you add the code to your shopify password liquid content so the right version will show for desktop and mobile?  Thanks.

Sign-up form submissions not showing in list

Hello,My signup form submissions aren’t showing in the newsletter list I’ve selected. Double Opt In is turned off. I don’t think that there are any issues with the settings so I don’t understand why submissions won’t show in the list. I have 3 submissions in the form, 0 in the list.

Why is my Pop Up constantly reappearing after clicking the 'X' button?

Hi there!We are experiencing this simple yet such an impactful bug that in the past couple days has literally zero-ed our conversions. Everything being invested on ad spend is being wasted. On clicking the close ‘X’ button at top right of the pop up (Signup Forms), the pop up disappears and reappears within the same second. So the user is not able to get rid of it and is dropping out.Klaviyo support is so poor to get back after 2 days. Any thoughts about the issue or how this could be resolved?

You’ve worked hard to design the perfect form and just as you’re getting ready to publish it to your store, you realize you selected the wrong list to direct subscribers to (we’ve all been there!).Luckily, Klaviyo makes it easy to change the list your form is directed to in two quick steps:In the form editor, click your form’s CTA button. This will open a new menu on the left-hand side of the screen Click the dropdown next to the List to Submit section and choose your new list! Once you’ve made the change, remember to set your form to Live mode and click the Publish button!

Multi-step Signup Form: SMS Coupon Code

I’m brand new to Klaviyo and just setup my first sign-up form using the Klaviyo Multi-step email and SMS popup. How do I set it up so a unique coupon code gets sent via email or SMS to the subscriber? I didn’t see any other steps in the sign-up form setup process that allows me to do this and I tried googling and looking in these forums for answers but couldn’t find any. Appreciate any/all help, thank you. (PS. I’m using WooCommerce)

Link a button on my store to Trigger a popup form

I have a page on my Shopify store with a Button that when pressed I would like it to trigger a Klaviyo popup, is this possible? Thank you for any advice, I did see they have the Legacy, but the form and button was very basic, so I would like to just use the button that is created with the website theme and just some how link that to trigger the popup. Thank you

Sign Up Link not Linking with Instagram sticker

I created a new full page sign up form to use only on instagram stories. It says the page in working. When I type the link directly into my web browser it works as it should. But when I post the link with the instagram sticker, the link just takes you to my website’s home page. I tried to access the sticker form multiple instagram accounts, and the link always goes to the homepage only. What am I doing wrong?

I have disabled the exit pop up in klaviyo. The exit pop up still shows on the website.  I removed the Klaviyo app from my store.  The pop up still shows up.What can I do to remove the pop up?
