Changing the Sender Email Address for Automated Flows
Update Your Sender Email Address:
- Log in to your Klaviyo account.
- Go to the "Account" section by clicking on your profile in the top right corner and selecting "Account".
- Navigate to the "Settings" tab and then to "Contact Information".
- Update the "From Email Address" to your new domain email (e.g., hello@brand.com).
Verify Your New Email Domain:
- Klaviyo requires domain verification to ensure email deliverability.
- Follow the prompts to verify your new email domain. You may need to add DNS records to your domain's DNS settings.
Update Sender Information in Your Flows:
- Go to the "Flows" section in Klaviyo.
- Edit each flow where you want to update the sender email.
- In the flow editor, click on the email step, and update the "From Email Address" to hello@brand.com.
Changing the Login Email Address
- Go to the "Account" section in Klaviyo.
- Navigate to the "Users" tab under "Settings".
- Find your user profile and click on "Edit" next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address (e.g., hello@brand.com) and save the changes.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your new email address to verify the change.
- Changing the login email address does not affect your previous data. All your historical data, settings, and configurations will remain intact.
