I have a campaign with an error and there’s no way to stop it. So frustrating.

Sorry that you are frustrated but have you seen the help center article on how to cancel a schedule or partially sent campaign?

Cancel a campaign mid-send

  1. Click on the Campaigns tab
  2. Click the three dots icon to the right of the message you'd like to cancel 
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Hope this helps in the future!


There is NO cancel once the campaign is sending!
