First Time Buyer Thank You Flow

Hi, I want to create a flow of 3 email sequences for 1st time buyers. The first email should be sent immediately after purchasing, to simply congratulate the buyer. In the second email is where I offer an incentive. And in the third email is where I send a reminder, referring back to the second email. Which of the existing templates can I use for this?

How to Recover Deleted Flow

I had someone auditing my Klaviyo flows to help me and they deleted my entire Welcome Series. I am so distraught because my content developer wrote beautiful emails and they are all gone. Can someone help me restore the flow? I can see in the flow history when he deleted them. Thank you so much!

Add button in email that has dynamic URL connected, based on Custom property

Hi!This is almost difficult to explain but here we goI have a list that is populated via Google sheets → Zapier One of the Custom properties added to each profile is a unique URL I want to find a way to include this unique URL, for each respective profile, in one of the emails in a flow Prefereably I would like it to be a button, that links to their unique URL that they have as a custom properyDoes that make sense?I have been looking at dynamic properties etc. but I can’t seem to find exactly what I am looking for. Best, nybrob

Best Option for Multilingual Flows and Content in Klaviyo

We are trying to introduce multilingual Flows to Klaviyo and it seems a lot harder than we would have expected.  Compared to Shopify’s easy multilingual management, trying to do it in Klaviyo gets complicated really fast.  The sign-up form to have users select their Language preference is easy - done, but, from reading Klaviyo documentation and thinking of all the option we can, there seem to be 4 options each with their own pros and cons.Assume for the purposes of this discussion that we have 5 languages - English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese…. with 8 Flows and Flows having Medium Complexity in terms of branching, etc. Option 1 - Use Show Hide Blocks As Klaviyo RecommendsIn article “How to Customize Content Based on Language” Klaviyo refers to using Show/Hide Blocks.  In the case of having 5 languages, that would seem like a lot of embedded Show/Hide Codes to add and, do Show/Hide codes work for E-Mail Subject Lines, etc.?   If not, that’s a Show Stopper.  There is no point

Woo Commerce Abandoned Cart

Im trying to set up an abandoned cart flow from my woo commerce/wordpress site.  The emails are sending but when the customer clicks on the “Return To Cart” button it is coming up with a “Not Found” message. The button URL link is {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/cart Thanks

Send transactional emails via Klaviyo and not Shopify

Hi all, I have Klaviyo for my Shopify store and have set-up an auto-email to shoot from klaviyo as soon as someone signs up for our newsletter. Now we want to go one step further and send all transactional emailers via Klaviyo (e.g. order confirmation, shipment dispatched, order delivered, refund processed etc.). We use ‘Recharge subscriptions’ for payments and subscription management & ‘Deliverr’ for Shipping. Currently while testing I see these emails are triggered directly by Shopify, which I don’t mind, but just wanted to check with the community if there is any benefit in moving even these emails to Klaviyo? Thanks,Rishabh

Why are my Emails getting clipped in Gmail?

Hi,So I have this issue from sometime now and need to solve it.Normally our email campaigns are not very long so they don’t have to be clipped but we do have sometimes more sales at once and need to show them all in an email campaign so, of course, the email is clipped and when I click on the “read entire message” link, the email appears so distorted that you can’t understand anything from the email.How can I do it so that it shows exactly how it appears in the preview mode, no distortion or moving parts. Could anybody please help me with some advice?Thank you in advance. Can I save a campaign design as a pdf for clients to approve?

I’m a designer working on a campaign design for a client. I can send them test emails but would like to export the campaign as a pdf to send them directly so I know exactly what they are reviewing (to make sure they’re seeing the correct fonts etc.) Is there a way to export campaigns as a pdf? Ideally with links that work. I don’t want to export a test email from my personal inbox as it changes the design when I try to.

Currently I send all my subscribers emails about products and workshops.The workshops aren’t relevant to many people because they live too far away.I want to send my email subscribers a campaign to asking them to tell me if they want to get the emails about the workshops and products or just products. Then have them put into the correct segment to match their answer. What’s the best way to do this?

Adding personalization into subject lines

I would love the ability to add personalization into my subject lines but as it stands there is an emoji button and a button to use the AI wizard but no “add personalization” button.   You can add personalization but it means going into the email editor creating a text block adding the personalization there Cutting it, deleting the block and pasting it back into the subject line and that creates a lot of opportunities for human error.Does anyone else use personalization in subject / preview text and what workarounds are you using?

How to add "Add to Cart" snippet with Shopify Impulse theme

Hi! I am trying to add the “add to cart” snippet and have followed the instructions:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711-Create-a-Custom-Add-to-Cart-Event-for-ShopifyHowever, I am using Shopify Impulse theme and every Add to Cart button has it’s own button ID that includes the product number.  Should I add a line for every product?I tried both methods in the hyperlink above.  I also tried:<script type="text/javascript">  var _learnq = _learnq || [];  document.querySelector('add-to-cart').addEventListener('click',function (){    _learnq.push(['track', 'Added to Cart', item]);  });</script> None of these work.  When I try to add a new abandoned cart flow using “added to cart”, Klaviyo does not recognize that the snippet is installed.Thank you!

Shopify Order Status Page

We use Shopify and it seems that we don’t have an order status page in general or are we wrong and there is one? There is an order status tag on Klaviyo but that leads to USPS Tracking number site. Which is not what I want. Is there a link to the online’s store branded order status which includes the order details and tracking number. I think it’s better for navigational purposes and leads to more brand experience. If anyone can help I would be grateful!

Post purchase email with line items on what they ordered

I received an order update email from a company I ordered from, which looked almost like an order (or packing slip) in which they updated me on the shipping at every stage in the game. I liked that. They are using Shopify, so I guess it’s native to the program. I’m using WooCommerce, and there’s nothing similar.I do have a connection to Aftership which keeps updating the orders, and I pass that on as a message to the customer. But it’s a very bland message, and I’d like to keep reminding them what they ordered.In another post, I noticed how someone is using the Placed Order event and then filtering by a flow where AfterShip is out for delivery (or a similar) so I can know when to send the email.But how would I get the products ordered onto the email?Can anyone please help me how to create a flow for this? Thanks!Mendy

With Abandoned Cart Flows, it’s best practice to send your email before your customer orders the product they “abandoned”. Sometimes though, things don’t work quite the way they should and customers might receive an abandoned cart email after ordering. Why is my segment triggered flow not sending emails?

Hi there!I have set up a flow based on people from our mailing list who have viewed products on our Shopify site. Once they view, they become part of a segment called “Potential Purchasers”. We set up a flow for anyone being added to that group, but no emails have been sent. Would they all be blocked by “smart send” at this stage? If so, shouldn’t they appear as “skipped” at least? Thank you!

Abandon Checkout Flow: How to display all products in cart

Hi,I searched a bit on the form and noticed that a lot of the scripts were for Abandoned cart flows. Sorry ahead of time if this question has been answered - I haven't been able to find it through searching.I was looking for a way to display products added to cart from Shopify to an Abandoned Checkout Flow.
