Add button in email that has dynamic URL connected, based on Custom property

Hi!This is almost difficult to explain but here we goI have a list that is populated via Google sheets → Zapier One of the Custom properties added to each profile is a unique URL I want to find a way to include this unique URL, for each respective profile, in one of the emails in a flow Prefereably I would like it to be a button, that links to their unique URL that they have as a custom properyDoes that make sense?I have been looking at dynamic properties etc. but I can’t seem to find exactly what I am looking for. Best, nybrob

Different sending domain

Hi,I am using Klaviyo, its connected to my Shopify store. (Yeslicense)For some flows, I would like to use a different sending address (Golicences) - I know where I need to modify that and I noticed that it worked when I did a sending test.Howevr, when I am looking into the Gmail header, I see “via yeslicense.com” or mailed by “send.yeslicense.com” etc.Question: is it good practice to do that ? Even if it’s working, I am afraid to not follow good practices and having the risk of seeing my reputation affected.Thanks for your support

How to add a link to a tracking button that takes you to usps page tracking?

Hello Klaviyo community,I have a store that works with Big commerce + Shipstation + Klaviyo.I am creating transactional emails:Ordered.Shipped.Delivered. 1)Could you confirm that it isn’t possible to have a delivered transactional email with shipstation?Am I required to buy an other service for that option (which start to pill up)? Sending a “delivered” email 2-3 days after a “shipped” email will only create resentment if it’s not verified i think. 2)Inside my “shipped” email, I prefer not to display the tracking number, but add a button link to usps tracking page. Is that possible?I couldn’t find the doc about this. I have been using the tracking number code from the preview but that doesn’t work. Any suggestions will help.  Thx a million

Abandoned cart flow - multiple add to cart events for 1 user

Hello, I am setting up a flow for people that added to cart and did not purchase or started checkout.I am using the predefined flow in the flow library.I have some customers that are adding multiple items in their cart and it seems that this will create multiple events for that users, vs. 1 event with multiple product.Is it normal or a set-up problem on my store?The issue it creates is that:the trigger (add to cart) will potentially send multiple emails to the same person (manageable through flow filters and smart sending),  I can only link show product in the email I will send to the customer during the flow (vs. showing all the items added to the cart, like on the abandoned checkout flow) I am not sure what product will be shown in the re-reminder I will send in that flow to the same customer. it might be another one compared to the 1st email I have sent.Am I doing something wrong? or misunderstanding how the flow will work?Thanks.Steven

Showing all items in the cart for Abandoned Cart Reminder flow

Hey everyone,We’re looking to display all items in a person’s cart when they abandon it after adding a product, not just the last product added to cart.In the preview I don’t seem to have access to any events other than Name, ProductID, Categories, ImageURL, Brand, Price, and CompareAtPrice. Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

HelloI have set up a rule in Shopify to tag orders according to who will actually deliver the item - this runs when the order is fulfilled and will allocate one of 3 tags. The rule is executed via a 3rd party app.Within Klaviyo I am then using this tag to send the customer one of 3 different email templates. The problem is that the order tags are being passed across via the API. So the flow is unable to execute properly.How do I fix this? Any ideas?

Abandoned Cart Emails for Multiple Currency Website

Hi,We are a small business with a niche market, which means one Shopify website that ships worldwide. Our default currency is $USD but we have a currency selector on-site which prompts users to view the site in local currency. Most customers are in UK.Klaviyo is not differentiating currencies in abandoned cart email templates when importing using “item.line_price”, so the automated prices in our flows are a mix of USD, GBP, EUR…. varying per customer.How can we import product prices in specific currencies to create separate flows per country? We know this data is available from Shopify as we use it in other tools.Andy

Adjusting the Leading on text

I can’t  find a way to adjust the space between sentences or the “leading”. The spacing between lines are way too far apart and inconsistent.

Resending campaigns to people that didn't open: recommended or not?F.A.Q.

You’ve put together a fantastic email that you’re sure will drive great engagement with your subscribers, but after it goes out, you’re a bit disappointed with the low open rate. You know that other brands have resent the same email to people that didn’t open previously and you’re wondering whether this is a best practice?Klaviyo’s deliverability and compliance experts do not recommend using this tactic as it’s not considered to be a best practice within the industry. If you resend the same campaign to folks that didn’t open before, these customers are likely unengaged. How to remove default sign up form

I created the Klaviyo form, published, embedded it within my coming soon page but I cannot get rid of Shopify default sign up form. I know there’s a way you can redirect Shopify’s forms to Klaviyo but I’ve spent hours trying to get this far on my own and I would just like to keep it simple and remove the default form. Klaviyo’s form is the upper right, Shopify’s default is in the middle. I would like the Klaviyo form centered with everything else. Thanks.

Need help setting up code for ADD TO CART metric.

Hello,Recently, I have been trying to set up email marketing flows, specifically the Abandoned Cart Reminder and the Back in Stock flow for my store and have been having issues with the putting the coding snippets into my store. It may be because that we have a custom Shopify theme but, when following the instructions for the installation of the added to cart metric I have been unsuccessful in finding the proper button code for my store.  Would be greatly appreciated if someone could potentially point me in the right direction on how I can get this working!Thanks in advance.

Still Have Klaviyo Branding Logo Even Though I'm On A Paid Plan

I’m setting up my Welcome Series, but still have Klayvio’s logo in the footer even though I’m on the paid plan. How can I remove? (My account is still disabled and waiting to be verified. So unsure if that’s the issue or not). Thanks!

Abandoned cart flow: cart empty in the website after clicking on the button "return to your cart' in the email

Dear All, I created my 1st flow: Abandoned cart Trigger: When someone checkout started Filters: Place order zero times since starting this flow  The abandoned card/references of the product/pictures appear well in the email but when we click on the button ‘return to your cart’ the cart seems empty on the website. The client is not able to find again his cart with the products and quantities.I checked the settings and I correctly used in the button: {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} Do you have any idea?thank you so much

Shopify Discount Code link and Abandon cart

Hey Everyone,Really trying to dial in my abandon cart flow and want to make things as simple as possible for a customer. I don’t want the customer to have to remember a code when they go back to their cart to checkout. My button in Klayvio has:Link URL: {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}The Shopify Discount Link is: https://everbloombaby.com/discount/12345How can I have the button for the event also have the automated discount???Any insight would be super helpful!!!
