We have a flow that’s triggered when someone completes a 40 question quiz on our website. It is deeply personalized by gender, age, symptoms (we’re in health & wellness). So there are many variations of the same email but personalized depending on their quiz answers. It’s effective but confusing on the backend. Does anyone have suggestions for keeping this organized? Specifically - is there a way to name the emails (not the titles) that makes sense that will help us track? Thanks so much!!!

Hi @Alexander413,

Thank you for sharing this question with the community.

I recommend saving each email in your flow as a template. That will allow you to name each email template.

For a flow email, click on the email you would like to save. Then, go to Email Content > Edit Content and select Save as Template.

A cursor hovers over the Save as Template option in the Edit Content menu

After clicking Save as Template, you’ll be prompted to name the email template. From there, it will appear in the Email Templates tab and can be re-used in any flow or campaign.

There’s also instructions in that article to switch to a previously saved template.

I hope that is helpful!
