How do I see and read sign-up form submissions?

I have looked everywhere in the dashboard but I can’t find where the actual sign up form submission data is. I would like to see which profiles submitted a form, and which data they have entered.

​@jonasrc if you navigate to metrics and locate the “Form completed by profile” and “Form submitted by profile” metrics you can find more information there
