I’ve had an influx of spam accounts on my list recenly - they’re all have the same first and last name. I’m not sure where they’re coming from
I also already have double opt in on.
how do I remove these accounts?

To find out where they are coming from I suggest inspecting logs https://www.klaviyo.com/developer-tools/logs
To delete them I suggest creating a segment with the criteria and then applying the bulk purge method described here https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/24312135764251#h_01HT5F82SYQGF8XH34ATAEF0YA
