I’m currently using Klaviyo as my review app but after importing reviews, the reviewers’s location is not showing on the widgets even though i did have a location column and mapped correctly. Can someone help me with this?
Also, my customers said they can only upload photos but not videos, is there anyway we can show reviews as videos?

Reviewer’s Location Not Showing on Widgets
The default review widget templates do not display the location field, even if it’s imported and mapped correctly. There is no widget setting or toggle in the current UI to show reviewer location. As of now, you cannot enable or display it through Klaviyo’s default widget interface.
Customers Can’t Upload Video Reviews
Klaviyo Reviews currently only support photo uploads, not video uploads. This is a known limitation of the built-in review feature.
What you can do:
Use a third-party review tool (like Loox, Yotpo, Junip, or Okendo) that:
Allows video review uploads.
Syncs review data or customer actions into Klaviyo via integrations or custom events.
You can still display video testimonials on your site manually using:
Customer-uploaded videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
Embedding them via a custom block or CMS section (e.g., Shopify custom section)
