View list fields

Hi there

I’m adding subscribers to my list through Scoreapp and I want the list to show their overall score tier so that I can then email them based on their results. Even though I’ve created new fields they’re not showing up in the list so I’m not sure how to segment them.

Hi @KarenWorkJoyful ! Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

So it sounds like you are syncing profiles from Scoreapp into Klaviyo with a score tier profile property. If that is the case, you can use the following segment definition: ‘Properties about someone > Score Tier (or whatever your property is called) equals _______’ . You will also be able to see these properties under ‘Custom Properties’ on a profile page. For example:
