Staying under 5 links, vs including social media links. How do you balance it?

Hi all, I’ve been looking into how to improve deliverability, and one of those ways seems to be to keep links in an email at five or under. This includes links to social media. In a campaign or flow, I may use a number of links. And then including the social media links will take the email over 5 links. In some cases, clients have over 5 different social media platforms that they want included. Which takes me well over 5 links just by including the social media alone! How do you balance it? Best practices that I’ve read seem divided. Some say to always include social media. Others say to always minimize links by removing social media. I’d like to hear the community's thoughts on the best way to manage this. Thank you!

Welcome Series triggering when order status updates to "Order Fulfilled"

My new sign up forms were made live on our website this morning as part of our Klaviyo implementation (yay!) but the Welcome Series keeps triggering to people when their order status is changed to “Order Fulfilled” even though they subscribed to the newsletter list days ago. How do I stop this from happening? I don’t want to exclude people who sign up via the checkout / account registration areas but I can’t keep having these emails send to the wrong customers that have already received the welcome series through our previous EPS.

Automate subscribers joining lists

Hi guys. I have made four new welcome flows which are variations of my main welcome flow. I did this so that I can track where people of coming from (ie Insta sign up, colab signups). These subscribers then join a list just for that sign up and flow but as they come to the end I want to add them to my main newsletter list. is there an automated way to set this up plus a way to then stop them receiving another welcome flow when they join my newsletter list? I have seen on here ppl suggest downloading CSVs etc but that seems like a lot of additional handling to me.

Where are all the active profiles coming from

Hello everybody, we have about 300 members in our lists but suddenly we have around 2300 active profiles.I am not able to figure out where those profiles are coming from and also I am not able to suppress them.Is there any way to manage the active profiles?It seems like we have no control over that.

Unique coupon not populated in email

Hi, I have created a newsletter signup form which means my customers will be added to my ‘welcome’ flow and sent a unique shopify 20% discount code. I have set up the discount code in Klaviyo and entered the piece of code into my email. However when I test the email, the unique code is not populated. Please can someone help me resolve this issue asap? The test email shows this in the email body and it should be a unique code. Thanks

TLDRIs it possible for me to install klayvio js on multiple client ecomm sites? If so, can I create a report for each client? ContextWe are about to launch a sponsored content portion of our newsletter. My customers are asking if I can install the Klayvio js on their site so we can track conversions. Thanks!

HTM Code in some areas displays perfectly in editor but once sent, views at raw code

Hey all! I’ve noticed this weird unfortunate instance in the Klaviyo editor. When adding css code to the title of inserted products, the code works and displays perfect in the editor but once they campaign is sent out, the recipients receive an email with raw code visible.As you can imagine, this is pretty embarrasing to send this out as a brand. Has anyone experienced this with Klaviyo editor?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to send an instant email to the customer when he contacts us from the shopify contact form. To be clear, the customer asks us a question and immediately receives the email where we received the request and that within a few hours we will give him an answer. How can we do? Thank you.

Needing to know how to link shopify homepage "sign up" button so all emails go into my klayvio flows. I have 4 spots on my home page that either have a button or a link to “sign up” to our mailing list, and I want to direct those to klayvio, instead of going into shopify? You can not use an embedded code, it has to be a url? Can anyone help?

Why can't I edit block in any flow and campaign?

HiWe have a newslist and is in the process of building af VIP list, that we will invite the most engage subscribers to.We have an invite flow that is triggeret if they meet certain criterias. How to seperate revenue from online vs POS

I’d like to be able to determine the amount a customer has spent online only off the back of our eDMs. Since we integrated our Shopify into POS, our revenue figures show all sales. Meaning, if someone who’s signed up to our database and buys in store within the the time frame of our email being sent, the revenue from that sale is added to our stats in Klaviyo. Any tips?

Cannot retrieve Klaviyo snippet for web tracking for Google Tag Manager "Script was not installed correctly"

Hi,I’m working with a client who uses WordPress for their CMS with WooCommerce, I want to retrieve the Klaviyo snippet for web tracking using Google Tag Manager.I heard that Klaviyo.js is automatically installed when the Klaviyo plugin is installed and integrated with WooCommerce.It says in the Integrations tab in Klaviyo that WooCommerce is Enabled. It also says in the Klaviyo plugin settings within the WordPress dashboard that “Your Klaviyo + WooCommerce integration is connected!”However, when I click on the Account Dropdown in Klaviyo and select Setup Web Tracking, I get taken to a page that is for installing the Klaviyo WordPress Plugin. Since the Klaviyo plugin is already installed, I ignore the Step 1, but when I enter the URL of the WooCommerce store in Step 2 I receive the error message Script was not installed correctly.Does anyone know what’s going on?

Moving Woocommerce Transactional Emails to Klaviyo

Hey everyone, We currently integrated our Woocommerce account with Klaviyo. We would like to setup a custom post-purchase flow after an order is placed, combining both transactional emails like order confirmation & shipping details, each at a different time, while also sending two addtional - marketing related emails to build relationship with customers. I'm very familiar on how to setup and create custom flows, but need some guidance to how we could move our current default transactional emails from Woocommerce to Klaviyo and what are the steps?
