Does Typeform Send List data type custom properties from Typeform to Klaviyo?

Hey guys,I’m working with a client who uses forms to collect data about their customers when they’re registered products they’ve purchased. We want to send data from this form to Klaviyo, to enrich our customer profile.So when they register a product, that links to a registered_product custom profile property in Klaviyo. It’s set as a List data type because we want to be able to store multiple values, and track each product they register. Does anyone have experience syncing a Typeform field with a Klaviyo custom property that has a List data type?I’m concerned the integration only supports syncing of custom properties that have the Text/String data type…

How do I add 25% Danish sales tax in Klaviyo?

Hey - I am new with Klaviyo, we are ready to start sending emails except for one problem: Our woocommerce product feed dows not contain sales tax so I need to add 25% Danish sales tax automatically in Klaviyo. We do not want to update products manually with the sales tax each time we send an email and we do not want to chage all the prices in Woocommerce because other systems are reliant on the prices being without sales tax and will not work if we change that. What du I do to fix this problem?

Hi, We,ve a Prestashop (Ver. 1.7.8.6 ) With multistore configuration.We have correctly configured Klaviyo module in prestashopwe Have correctly configured Webservice key (Klaviyo resource enabled as in help article)https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054551492-How-to-Integrate-with-PrestaShop When we try to connect from Klaviyo to prestashop we find an errorKlaviyo does not retrieve list of shops and “could not be authenticate.We have tried with different URL but the error message is always the same:Could not authenticate. Lead Ad will not synch firstname with Klaviyo List

Hi there,we have a small lead campaign running with an instant form connected to our klaviyo. It does sync the mailing address with our list but not the first names. Magento 2.4.4 Integration Issue with Klaviyo 4.0.5 reclaim module

Hi-We are upgrading to both Magento 2.4.4p1 with the latest Klaviyo 4.0.5 module.     After installing the module, we are receiving a 503 error when accessing our WSDL;https://something.example.com/soap/all?wsdl_list=1We have traced this back to the Klaviyo_Reclaim module.Hoping to get your assistance to resolve.     Part of our debugging led us to this resource;Error after upgrade Magento into version 2.4.4 with PHP 8.1 | WIKI CODE (wikicoode.com)Thanks!

Why isn't email consent updating when checking the subscription box at checkout?

We have MAgento 2 integration and have noticed that the consent status does not update to subscribed / green checkmark if a contact checks the box at checkout to opt into email.

Hey, I want to set up the back in stock functionality via API for Shopify. I was following this this guide but I am facing an issue with CORS policy:Access to fetch at 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' from origin 'https://blabla.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.If I got it right, the issue is that the klaviyo domain is not passing Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response. Do you have an idea how to fix that?And what is the difference between https://manage.kmail-lists.com/ajax/subscriptions/subscribe and https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe ?Many Thanks,Tristan

Setting the Currency of a custom order update

We have a custom integration where orders are pushed into Klaviyo, we follow the Track request payload for Placed Order. The problem is that the orders are in either CAD or USD on our website (depending on customers location) but the JS update only allows for the value, not a currency parameter. Klaviyo is automatically assuming that all orders are USD which is inflating our revenue reported in Klaviyo. How do we tell klaviyo what currency the order is in?

Creating an event through Webhooks by Zapier

I am trying to create events based on the data from the third party app (booking platform). The goal is to trigger an event in Klaviyo every time a customer books a class through the booking platform. I am using Webhooks by Zapier, and while the test trigger works well, I am getting stuck on the Klaviyo step once the automation is launched. I am facing an error  “ the email address is missing”, however, the third party app sends the required data on the email and the event ID.  On the Zap setup:   On the error: Could someone share their view on this and what’s possibly can be wrong? Many thanks!

"Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again." with WooCommerce

I was updating the Klaviyo plugin for my account but I got the "Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again." error while reinstalling from scratch. Here are the specific steps I took and the WP and WC versions, as well as the Firewall status.1. Deleted the Klavyio Plugin2. Deleted the REST API Key3. Followed the guide here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerceResult: Got the "Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again." error4. Revoked the REST API keys created from the integration5. Created a REST API key6. Did the troubleshooting section here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808?wtime=%7Bseek_to_second_number%7D7. Insomnia returned an order number from the Get Order Request8. How to integrate a custom website with Klaviyo?

Woocommerce periodic sync has failed

“Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed.Klaviyo is no longer authorized to connect to WooCommerce.Please check WooCommerce and update your settings to re-enable sync. If you have any questions, please contact our Success Team.” I have used the public API key. Setup exactly as followed in the video tutorial.Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue ASAP?Thanks!

Why am I getting a 500 Server Error?

Hello, Ive been using klayvio just fine for some time now. However in the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting strange emails from customers and basically its because the flow triggers arent working in klayvio due to our periodic sync not working. Ive contacted support and they inform me that it is a 500 server error and its likely due to woocommerce not being set up proplerly? Seeing as I am the one who manages woocommerce can someone please help me with this issue as it has been working fine for months. could it be due to the new wordpress update?  I have made sure plugins are up-to-date and I have deleted them and re-integrated and re synced old data but I still seem to be getting this error.  I have also put in a request to my server host to add what support suggested. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the support guy couldnt really give me anything to work on except for essentuially ask someone else!

Custom fields from Woocommerce to Klaviyo

Hi. I’d like to bring in a field from customer order data (event) into Klaviyo as I would like to use this data in flows:Situation:For a Woocommerce subscription product - the _delivery_date is generated automatically based on the customer post code & order date. When the subscription is renewed, the delivery date changes to the upcoming delivery date.Objective: I would like to use this event to trigger a flow to send an email on the Monday before delivery - “reminding people to make any changes before delivery” & on the delivery date to send a “Your order is coming today - don’t forget to put your boxes out for collection”.How do I bring this field from Woocommerce into Klaviyo so I can do this? (Oh and would these flows be considered transactional?)

How to feature a single product from a collection in the product block?

Hi guys, I’m wondering how to feature a variant on the “Products” block in an email. I went over the instructions on https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219092-How-to-Insert-a-Product-Block It says: By default, product images and buttons are automatically linked to the product's page in your store. Klaviyo will pull in the primary image of a product, so it's not possible to use a variant image instead. If you'd like, however, you can click a link to choose a custom destination URL. This can be useful if you would like to feature a single product from a collection. Then use the image and call-to-action (CTA) button to drive the recipient to this collection's page in your store (vs. a single product page). I tried it out and the product image and the name still remain the primary product’s name and image.  Is there a way to approach it differently? Or is the only way to feature a variant to do it manually? To add images and buttons separately?I appreciate your advice!
