Few issues

Hi,I have a few issues I hope someone could help me with. First, I updated the templates of my Thank you for your order flow, but for some reason the old email are still sending. Any idea why? Secondly, on the same email flow I was updating the tigger for only 3 collections, but when saving I get the error  403 and 404. I did a quick research on how to solved this, so I landed on this article  but when trying to create a private API it says “Unable to create key. Thannk you for any help or support to point me in the right direction :)

Why can't I add a page for Facebook Lead Ads in the New Pages Experience of FB?

Is anyone else having issues connecting their Facebook Lead ads integration? I have successfully connected the advertising account and audiences but it’s not loading any Facebook pages I am admin of.  I have logged with support with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Woocommerce # of orders custom property in klaviyo

I would like to have a custom property that has a subscribers # of orders through our Woocommerce store.So when a customer completes an order it would update that property by one each time.The final goal is to use this property value for blocks in my email templates. Depending on the number of orders a different offer would be shown.I’m trying to use zapier to set this up but run into a problem with the required “subscriber” data field.

Moving Woocommerce Transactional Emails to Klaviyo

Hey everyone, We currently integrated our Woocommerce account with Klaviyo. We would like to setup a custom post-purchase flow after an order is placed, combining both transactional emails like order confirmation & shipping details, each at a different time, while also sending two addtional - marketing related emails to build relationship with customers. I'm very familiar on how to setup and create custom flows, but need some guidance to how we could move our current default transactional emails from Woocommerce to Klaviyo and what are the steps?

Cannot retrieve Klaviyo snippet for web tracking for Google Tag Manager "Script was not installed correctly"

Hi,I’m working with a client who uses WordPress for their CMS with WooCommerce, I want to retrieve the Klaviyo snippet for web tracking using Google Tag Manager.I heard that Klaviyo.js is automatically installed when the Klaviyo plugin is installed and integrated with WooCommerce.It says in the Integrations tab in Klaviyo that WooCommerce is Enabled. It also says in the Klaviyo plugin settings within the WordPress dashboard that “Your Klaviyo + WooCommerce integration is connected!”However, when I click on the Account Dropdown in Klaviyo and select Setup Web Tracking, I get taken to a page that is for installing the Klaviyo WordPress Plugin. Since the Klaviyo plugin is already installed, I ignore the Step 1, but when I enter the URL of the WooCommerce store in Step 2 I receive the error message Script was not installed correctly.Does anyone know what’s going on?

How do I sync a Klaviyo list to Mailchimp to use Facebook Mailchimp audience?

I have a nice lead generation list being created in klaviyo. I need to sync that list to mailchimp to use the facebook mailchimp audience feature.  How do I do this? I’ve already synced the two I believe….. syncing pulls data in from mailchimp - but how do i push data into mailchimp?

Struggling with uploading my CSV/If successful, can't locate it

I have been struggling with uploading my CSV file. While I am not receiving any error messages, the file doesn’t seem to have been uploaded becauseI never receive the message about receiving an email once upload is complete (I wish I could attach the screenshot). If the upload is indeed successful, I can’t locate the file.I would really appreciate any help/suggestion. Thank you

how to link shopify homepage "sign up" button so all emails go into my klayvio flows?

Needing to know how to link shopify homepage "sign up" button so all emails go into my klayvio flows. I have 4 spots on my home page that either have a button or a link to “sign up” to our mailing list, and I want to direct those to klayvio, instead of going into shopify? You can not use an embedded code, it has to be a url? Can anyone help?

Why did I get an "ACTION REQUIRED: Integrate your Ecommerce store" email?

Hi everyone! Client has received an email from Klaviyo with the subject line above. When checking her Shopify integration it all seems to be working just fine. I’m unsure on how can I troubleshoot this further?Any help would be much appreciated!

Why can't I create campaign with My Shopify Connector Flow?

Hello! Thanks in advance for the help. I am creating a Shopify Flow that will trigger Klaviyo to send an email to a specific list of customers when I turn a new product in a specific collection to active. This will allow me to alert customers who have previously purchased a product in a specific collection that a new product has been added to that collection. Here is my flow: I have input all of the correct information into the “Create a Campaign” action on the flow: API Key, List ID, Template ID, Sender Email Address, Sender Name, Subject, Campaign Name - I also enabled smart sending, just in case we add several products to the collection at a time - it won’t bombard customers with a bunch of the same email. When I turn the flow on, the “Checked if...” portion of my flow is successful, but this is the error message I receive regarding the Create a Campaign. All of the blacked-out information is correct. I appreciate the help! I would really love to see this flow work.

Spree integration - where to find cart token?

Hello, we are running a spree commerce site. We are using the official integration at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255448-How-to-Integrate-with-Spree.Everything works great, except the “Return to your cart” link. Spree requires a token to rebuild the cart, but we could find that variable anywhere. Without the token, cart will be empty, which makes the flow useless.Can anyone please let me know if that variable exists in current Spree integration or not? If yes, where could i find it?Thank you

Which customer help desks currently integrate with Klaviyo SMS? Right now all I am aware of are Zendesk and Gorgias, and I need to explore the full functionality of those integrations further, but I’m wondering if there are any other reputable helpdesks out there that integrate effectively with Klaviyo SMS?

Woocommerce order date

I’ve done quite a bit of searching for this but cannot find an answer. We are using the WooCommerce Klaviyo extension and the transactional emails with your service. In the order confirmation email, I’m utilizing the {{ today }} variable to get the date of the order since it’s sent out immediately after their purchase. We also have cancelled order, refund order and order shipped transactional emails that can go out several days after the initial purchase date, so using the {{ today }} variable doesn’t make sense. I’ve looked through the data coming through for the order and searched everywhere for the actual order date variable, but it doesn’t seem to exist for WooCommerce. Am I wrong on this or just blatantly missing it? Any and all assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Checkbox Appears on Woocommerce Checkout Page after Klaviyo Plugin

Hi,We integrated our Woocommerce website with Klaviyo today and we noticed a checkbox appeared on the checkout page as soon as we activated the Klaviyo plugin on Wordpress. It’s just a checkbox underneath the email field and with the words “(optional)” next to it.Any ideas how to remove this? I’m guessing it’s meant to be the Newsletter signup but then I’m not sure where to go to customise the text or to remove the option entirely.I’d appreciate any help!Thanks!

How to push data back to Shopify - webhook

Has anyone ever set up a webhook or found a way to push certain customer data from Klaviyo to Shopify?I’d like to send data (back) to Shopify of which Klaviyo profiles have recovered their abandoned cart after they went through the Abandoned Cart flow on Klaviyo. What’s the best way of doing that?Right now, Klaviyo only enables to push the first and last name, and email address but not any custom data.

Magento integration issue (unsure what's wrong exactly)

Hey everyone,It’s my first time working with Magento + the client’s in house team did the integration with Klaviyo. But I’m unsure what’s wrong since 1) I can’t see all the emails collected in Magento 2) I can see the activity on the website, but I’m still getting suggestions from Klaviyo to ‘integrate’ Magento. If there’s someone who can advise on this? Thanks!R.
