Hi, I have a GoDaddy website and I am sending my subscriber emails from Klaviyo. I want to know how to integrate my Klaviyo subscriber pop up to my GoDaddy website.

For a popup form, you don't need to paste the form's embed code anywhere. You just need Klaviyo's onsite tracking script (klaviyo.js) running on the site, and then the popup publishes automatically once it's live in your account. Klaviyo's getting started with sign-up forms guide covers building and publishing the popup itself, and getting started with onsite tracking covers the script install, which is the part that actually needs attention on GoDaddy.
