Hi, a new client of mine has a small email list (1300). She has no engagement data. We are not setting up dedicated sending server. Based on all that, Is it ok to not worry about warming the infrastructure and start by sending to the whole list? (out of the 1300 subscribers, 128 of them are purchasers over *all time*)Thanks so much!

Hi, does anyone know if Klaviyo works togehter with Abicart webshops?  We have 2 shops, one in shopify (works perfect with Klaviyo) and then we have another one in the Abicart system but we cant find anything that learn us how to use klaviyo in the abicart?  Sebastian.  

I'm new to Klaviyo and having a hard time with it. I'm trying to create five emails: Return Request Confirmation, Return Request Update Confirmation, Password Reset, Account Verification, and Order Modification. However, I can't figure out which triggers to choose for these transactional emails in Klaviyo Flow, and what conditions to apply. If anyone is familiar with this or has faced the same problem, I'm all ears. Thank you!

We have some historical orders that aren't at 'complete' status in Magento but we need to ship them at a later date - this means that the Order Shipping emails are being sent sometimes months after the shipment has been sent, can anyone help?

Hello. I back populated a cloned Welcome Flow for people who signed up for my Newsletter before my flow was live. I turned my flow live yesterday, 5/31, and added a flow filter to say only send to people who joined my newsletter before 6/1. Any idea why it didn’t send? I have noticed that a number of customers in our unengaged list have in fact enter their email incorrectly eg @gmai.com, @iclpyd.com, etc. Is there a method to find such mispellings other that perhaps exporting en masse and searching a spreadsheet for common mistakes.  ThanksSean

I am having a tough time with the technical aspects of email marketing. Does anyone know any videos or courses that explain the technical side of emails. I don’t know any coding. Im editing an email template but the images aren’t loading, not even the klaviyo logo on “powered by klaviyo) , already cleared cache from my browser, tried on incognito disabled my plugins but still nothing, the images are less than 5mb, way less, they’re under the 2000 px in heightthis is how it looks like  this is how it looks on the when i upload an image in size they show undefined x undefined  and in images and brand it show like this

Hi,I have two domains for example:  abc.com and abc.shop.com.I want to track same user for both domains. I mean if user A push event on domain abc.com and same user push event from other domain abc.shop.com, then how klaviyo cookie automatically track the same user for second domain? It will not create other profile for other domain only one profile can track both domain.I read below link but new klaviyo object is not giving the exchange_id.

Hello,I'm facing an issue with a Klaviyo popup on my WooCommerce website. Here's what I'm experiencing:The popup is only appearing on our "Create a profile" page, even though we have configured it to display for all visitors on all pages. This behavior is consistent even when accessing the site in incognito mode. Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help me figure out a simple question i have regarding average order value. I’m conducting reports across our engagement segments - (30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 days) and i’m pulling out engagement reports from these segments. In all of these, the average order value is the same. To me, this doesn’t seem right. I would assume that the higher the engagement, the higher the order value, no? Can anyone tell me why this is?

I am not able to preview one of the  templates in a flow I created today. Everything I typed in appears to be correct yet I am not able ro preview the email i n Klavio. I keep getting the following message.“Your template contains placeholders we can't replace. No problem, de-select that option to view a preview.” How and where do I go  to de-select the placeholder oiption mentioned in this warning message?

I'm going to start using Klaviyo!However, I have the problem that all my products are set to Not Published in Klaviyo. It says: Generally, a product that has 0 inventory, in the source system will appear as not published in klaviyo. I understand this, but how do I get Klaviyo to register that my inventory is with my POD provider and that there is plenty of stock?I'm using Shopify, and under inventory I've selected the, Third-party services that manage inventory and fulfill orders.Unfortunately, this does not change the fact that my products are listed as not published in Klaviyo, even though I have updated several times and resync. etc.  

Hello everyone. When editing my order confirmation email for Shopify, I keep running into an issue where I cannot add the size field or capitalize the purchased item(s) name. I’m wondering if there is a way to make the dynamic image and buttons lead to the checkout page containing the product. Thank you!

Hello Klaviyo Community, I’m trying to build a opt-in landing page for my Shopify store. I have an embed and a pop-up, but I’d like to also have a stand-alone opt in. I read this help article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7417723679387 I created the anchor link as suggested but when I visit the URL, it just takes me to the home page of my store and after a while, the full page form appears. I have checked my targeting is to display immediately, so not sure why there is a delay or why it’d take me to the home page first instead of straight to the opt-in landing page. I would ideally just like a URL that holds the opt-in landing page and not go first to my home page and then only after a while show the full page opt-in.  Anyone know where I’m going wrong? Thanks!

Hi. I am new to klaviyo and I have a question please.We are using magento 2 integration.In our previous email marketing platform we had the ability when someone entered the browse product flow to loop in items which are sent in the email ( up to 3 products)For example:a client walk in our site and see 3 different product pages.All these three products then were inserted in the browse abandon emails.Now here I see the option only to collect 1 product to sent in the mail.Is it possible to get more products from client’s path and insert them in the emails as a loop?Thanks
