Standalone Klaviyo page to collect emails

Question

Hey,

I want to create a separate page or link (not directly on our website) where people can sign up for our newsletter, and have their emails automatically appear in our Klaviyo profiles or a specific list.

A simple landing page or signup form hosted by Klaviyo itself, so I can share that link on social media or via QR code, without having to embed it on our website.

Is there a way to do this directly through Klaviyo and if so, could anyone explain how to set it up?

The subscribe page has a URL you can copy and share on social media or via QR code
