Hello, I would like to ask someone if WhatsApp Integration is available in Klaviyo and if yes, I want to make sure if the messages coming from a Meta Ad will show into the CRM?

There is not yet a WhatsApp integration available in Klaviyo, but I will update the thread in the future if anything changes!

Hi @emma.owens I’d like to be a tester for the Klaviyo Whatsapp integration too! Currently struggling to get it working through webhooks.

Thank you for following up on this - Klaviyo is planning to launch a private and public beta for WhatsApp as a new channel in mid-2025, though this may change. We’re prioritizing making WhatsApp available in Flows, along with reporting, keyword support, and other key use cases. If you’re interested in participating in the testing periods, please let me know!

If you are looking for a more immediate solution with additional functionality, I would suggest using one of the third party apps mentioned above (Example: https://www.hello-charles.com/).

Please have me for the Beta as well, I am super pumped for the Klaviyo that comes with WhatsApp.
