How do I send newly added flow emails to people who've already completed a flow?

Hi @EasierEmails , Thank you for writing in!If you add new emails to an existing flow and want people who exited the flow prior to adding these emails to get these, you will have to back-populate the flow.We have a great guide here which goes over how back-populating works when you add new emails to your flow.Happy sending!Best,

Fulfilled Order Definition on Campaign Report

Hi @JDoubleFizzle , Thank you for writing in!Fulfilled Order is an event recorded into Klaviyo when your e-commerce store marks the order as Fulfilled. Depending on your e-commerce store, you can find the definition in our help center documentation.Here’s the definition for Fulfilled Order in Shopify - https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080447-Reviewing-Your-Shopify-Data#fulfilled-order5 If you are specifically referring to the campaigns overview, I would recommend using the “Placed Order” event instead of the “Fulfilled Order” event to get a true number of customers who purchased after opening or clicking your campaign.If you do use the “Fulfilled Order” event in your campaigns overview, it will be the number of people who opened or clicked your campaign and then Fulfilled their Order.Klaviyo uses a last touch revenue attribution model and you can read about it here. Happy Sending!Best,

How do you add someone to a Klaviyo list after they have placed an order using WooCommerce?

Excluding specific emails of a segment

Hi @meechdarko ,Thank you for writing in, I’d be happy to help!If you are referring to a specific email address, you can exclude these from your segment by adding the following definition -“ Properties about someone → Email doesn’t equal abc@gmail.com”  This will exclude certain email addresses from your segment.Happy sending!Best,

Can I have two Shopify stores linked to the same Klaviyo account?

Hi @Greatwrap,Happy to help!Currently you cannot have two Shopify stores under one Klaviyo account.You will have to create two different Klaviyo accounts for two Shopify stores. But you can use the same credentials for both these Klaviyo accounts in order to easily toggle between them. You will also be able to copy flows and templates between these accounts.You can follow instructions here to set up your accounts. Best,

Will Klaviyo remove someone from an abandoned checkout flow if they purchased?

Hello @russell7lee , Happy to help! Klaviyo’s default Abandoned Cart flow has a flow filter which removed customers if they purchase mid-flow. This filter is “Placed order zero times since starting this flow”   As long as you have this flow filter in your Abandoned cart email, customers who purchase mid-flow will be skipped from getting any further emails from the Abandoned cart flow. Best,

Hi @mewcare,Like @jasondstainton mentioned, most of your customers were skipped from this email because of Smart Sending.You can review your Smart Sending settings in your account. Instructions here

Stopping a flow from triggering new people

Hey @Hogseth, Thank you for writing in, I’d be happy to help.In order to create a new flow with the same trigger, you would first have to clone your existing flow. To make sure that customers who are in waiting for your existing flow receive it :Create a large time delay between the trigger and Email #1 for the existing flow (example 365 days) This way, new customers will enter the existing flow, but will be stuck in the delay for 365 days. But the old customers who are already queued up for the flow will receive the emails In the meantime, set your new flow to live, so future customers will start receiving the new flow Once there are no emails being sent out via the existing flow, turn it to draft. Hope this was helpful. Happy sending :)

Creating a Flow from a subscription list in ReCharge every quarter (Shopify)

Hey @nickyoungtx ,Has the product been ordered by anyone yet or is it a brand new product ready to launch?If no one has ordered the product, it will not be available under the “Ordered Product” metric. If someone has ordered the product and its still not found, this might be a one-off troubleshooting question and will require a closer inspection. Please let us know if this is the case!

Abandoned Cart Emails for Multiple Currency Website

Hey @AndyS , Thank you for writing in!Assuming that your customers have a “Country” saved on their profile based on their location or the website they visit, the first step here would be to add a conditional split in your flow to differentiate your customers from different countries.    Once you add the split, you can add the same email template for every path but change the currency in the templates depending on the their country. You can change the currency for a specific template as outlined here. This should help you send the right emails to your customers in their respective currencies. Hope this helps!Happy Sending :)

Growth reports by List/Segment

Hey @brendonbrown ,Thank you for writing in!As you mentioned, for Lists, you can view the List Growth Report, but for segments this is not currently available.While you can use the Analytics Dashboard to get an overview of all of your Subscriber, the best way to get this information for your Segment would be to use the Lists and Segments Dashboard.You can star any list or a segment in your account. Once you do this, it will appear on your Lists and Segments Dashboard, and will give you a breakdown / snapshot of the weekly growth for that specific list / segment.   Hope this helps!Happy Sending :)

Creating a Flow from a subscription list in ReCharge every quarter (Shopify)

Hi @nickyoungtx , Thank you for posting!Klaviyo has a direct integration with ReCharge which is outlined here.As a first step, you would have to connect your ReCharge Account with your Klaviyo account by following the above instructions. Once you do, Klaviyo will start receiving data from ReCharge. Klaviyo receives the following ReCharge Metrics:Started Subscription Cancelled Subscription Started CheckoutYou can then go ahead and create a segment for customers who have Started a Subscription but not Cancelled a Subscription over all time or in the past X days. Once you have created this segment, you can send them a one-off campaign every quarter with a unique discount coupon code.You can also create and send this out as a flow, but you would have to create a new flow every quarter, which would essentially make it the same as sending out a campaign. Hope this helps!Happy Sending :)

Churn Risk Prediction

Hi @Lina , Thank you for writing in! Churn Risk Prediction is the probability of a customer churning (i.e not purchasing from you again) The Churn Risk Prediction ranges from 0 to 1. As a customer places more orders, their Churn Risk goes down and as they place less orders, the Churn Risk goes up.If a customer has a Churn Risk Prediction of 0.9, it means there is a 90% chance that they will not purchase from you again. And Vice Versa, if they have a Churn Risk Prediction of 0.1, it means there is only a 10% chance that they will not purchase from you again, meaning they are a great customer!  Here is a great article that goes over the Predictive Analytics Section of a profile. You can create and export your segments based on the Predictive Analytics.  And further use this data to target customers via Flows and Campaigns. Hope this helps :)

Is it possible to pluck someone out of a flow?

Hello @ConnorBohannan , Thank you for reaching out to the community!Our pre-built Abandoned Cart has a flow filter “Placed Order Zero times since starting this flow” to kick people out from the flow if they place an order after entering the flow.   As long as you have this filter in your flow, a person who is queued up for the flow will be “skipped” because they will fail the flow filters, if they place an order from any other flow or place an order from the same flow. Here is a great article which covers how Klaviyo Flow Filters work. Remember that you will still see this person queued up for the flow, because they did enter the flow. But Klaviyo will check the Flow Filters before sending out an email and skip the profile if it does not comply with these filters.  I hope this helps!Happy sending :)

How do you delete saved blocks in Klaviyo?

Hey @daphne , That is a great question!Unfortunately, you cannot rename a saved block currently.But you can re-save the same block with a different name and delete the older version of the saved block.Some things to note : You cannot edit saved blocks on their own, but can edit the content of the block when you use it in an email If you delete a saved block, it will not impact any of the email templates you previously used it in Hope this helps :) Best,Nikita

Added To Cart not appearing in flow filter

Hi @alex ,Thank you for providing the screenshot.The “Added to Cart” code snippet differs based on how your Shopify Theme addresses the “Added to Cart” button.You can check your Added to Cart button for an ID by following the instructions here.If you don’t see an ID and have an “Added to Cart” button with class notation, you can follow the instructions here, and you should see the event come through.  Best,Nikita
