Custom Back in Stock form (Shopify)

The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank

How do I remove or delete a duplicate Klaviyo account?

Hi Klaviyo Family,I am new member of this family, Hope all of you are doing good.I need your help regarding my account, accidently ( I Think) i have opened 2 klaviyo accounts for one shopify store, one is with store name and other one is with company name, I don’t know if it is normal or i have done mistake, I removed one integration but account still appears with the other account  on my klaviyo screen. i uninstalled klaviyo from the shopify to reinstall it but when re installed ,again both account appeared, i don’t know how to fix it, it causes confusion, Thanks in advanceKind Regards

Embedding Klayvio Signup Form in Wix Site

Hi! I’m having an issue following the documentation here to embed a form in the footer of my Wix site.  I’ve successfully added the klayvio.js code snippet (and confirmed it works using an anchor-link targeted landing page as described here), but when I add the embed DIV code in an HTML widget it doesn’t display.  Here’s the documentation from Wix on embedded HTML. I’ve checked that the form is published, there’s no targeting restrictions, etc. I’ve also tested adding the form in both the footer and the body of the site.  Any thoughts here? Thanks!

Can I add a trigger in a flow that is activated when a user clicks on a specific link?

I wanted to know if it is possible to insert a trigger within a flow that is activated when a user clicks on a specific link. A platform that I use in addition to Klaviyo for ecommerce management allows me this works. I'll give you an example. At the end of a first welcome email I would like to ask the reader to receive the next email in the flow without having to wait for a specific delay but simply by clicking on a link. This way you will immediately receive the next email in the flow without having to wait. I tried to insert the "if click" trigger but unfortunately the email is always sent based on the delay inserted in the flow. If this function doesn't exist yet it would be nice to be able to insert. There are readers who want to consume the whole Soap Opera Sequence immediate.

Sign-up Form with List and Segment

Hi,I am new to Klaviyo so there maybe an obvious answer to this questions! I have the following scenrio:A page on my eCommerce site that I have a signup form on. I am offering a discount code in exchange for an add to the newsletter list. However I want this contact to be run through a different flow to my standard newsletter adds. I see that I can do this by adding the contact to a different list when the form is submitted, which triggers a different flow.I have two questions about this:I understand its not best practice to have multiple lists. If the solution is to have multiple lists, how can I move this contact from the current list, to my newsletter list once the flow has finished?Maybe my understand is incorrect here, any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks everyone

Obtain Shopify issued Coupon via Klaviyo API?

Hello all, I’m working on an integration with Klaviyo which adds value to those using Klaviyo with Shopify (and soon other platforms too). The workings of the integration require knowing which Coupon was issued by Klaviyo to a particular Profile. Having tested the various Klaviyo APIs, I can see that when looking up a Klaviyo Profile by ID, the Klaviyo attributes for the user, and “Custom Properties” are returned - but how do I get the “Code Received” Coupon value for the Profile?When viewing the Profile within the Klaviyo backoffice, it’s shown within the “Coupons” panel, but how do we get at this value via API? Thanks for any help

Klaviyo JavaScript Speed Concerns

Hi,I’m finding the Klaviyo javascript files that are loaded on my woocommerce site are quite large and to slow to load, especially the signup forms code. This is effecting my page speed scores, especially on mobile. Flow filter by country

Hi there, I’ve created a flow with filter “FLOW FILTERS (1)Country: equals: Austria OR Country : equals: Germany” So that my german customers receive their email in german. However, I realised that even my international customers receive this message. How come?

Abandon Cart Flow misfiring Woo Commerce and YITH Request for Quote

I have my out of the box Abandoned cart flow set up in my new WooCommerce store and its working but there is slight glitch due to my setup. I am using YITH request a quote which allows a customer to add items to the quote and submit for pricing. Once they submit the quote, Klaviyo appears to be interpreting this as those items were left in the cart and triggers the abandoned cart flow. Is there a way around this?  EDIT: There are two ways a user can create a quote. One is to build a quote cart and the other is to convert the shopping cart to quote in the checkout screen. The later is when the abandoned cart flow is triggered. This makes sense functionally, but it would like for the flow to not activate when the cart is converted to quote.

What is the correct Trigger set up for the ADD TO CART metric on Flows?

Hey. I have set up the correct coding for my add to cart metric but i’m not sure I have the flow set up correctly for people to go into it. I do also have a viewed product/browse abandonment & cart abandonment flow set up and these are running correctly, people are being put into these flows. So obviously I dont want the viewed product & add to cart to clash, but no one seems to be going into the add to cart flow, even though google analtyics says I’ve had add to carts.Would really appriceate some screenshots of other peoples flows to see how they should be set up or any suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance.

 Hy, i create a pop up on signup forms to take the e-mail and give 10% discount. I create a on FLOWS a welcome series connected on the signup forms list. The problem is that it doesn't send emails!!!!! the e-mail are live, the list of the pop up is the same of the list of flows…...

Shopify Footer Newsletter Sign up - not in Klaviyo

I have looked for this topic in the community and seen the replies about turning OFF the Shopify Double Opt in. Mine is OFF but still my tests are not ending up in my Klaviyo newsletter list. (I also have the Klaviyo Double opt in OFF) How do I fix this please?

Facebook Event Manager doesn't work with Klaviyo? How to manually do it on Shopify?

I saw a previous post going over something similar but I didn’t understand the solution. Thought it would be as simple as throwing this code into the theme folder but I don’t see it working. I already have the pixel installed by shopify so it’s on every page. I’m not a developer but it seems like it should be pretty easy but I’m just not getting it to work. Analyzing List Engagement per Campaign

Hi all! We recently launched an email campaign that was sent to four different lists. We did it as one campaign, not four separate campaigns. I want to see how well the campaign did with each list, not just an overall view for all of the lists. Is there any way I can see that in Klaviyo?

Started Checkout event not working anymore - Bold Commerce & Shopify

I have a Shopify shop and use Bold Commerce app for the checkout.During months, I was able to use the following code in Bold Commerce to trigger the ‘Started Checkout’ event in Klaviyo.It suddenly stopped working in July. Since then, I’ve contacted Bold Commerce support and they investigated during weeks : there is no issue on their end.If I test it myself, Klaviyo will tell me that I’m “active on the website” when I start checkout.So it does triggers something but not this specific event.Is this code wrong? One Campaign Two Goals

I am trying to find a way to make/create one campaign with two goalsUpdate customers interests - they can select up to two or more interests based on the list provided Capture their subscription by adding the YES and NO subscription - to update their status in my email listOnce they send the update, their profiles will be updated. Is this possible?
