Adding Tax To Price of Products in Product Block Template

Hi,  we are using dynamic products tag in Email campaign with product price on, but price demonstrated in test mail seemed had not contained 10% tax in, what should we do if we want 10% tax to be calculated in price? I guess it would be related with data feed. Looking forward your contactLing chu

Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

Setup a 2-way sync between Shopify metafields or tags

Hello, Looking to keep all customer data in one place. Since there are so many apps that sync with Shopify, it makes sense to keep the customer data in Shopify. The idea is to use Tags or use Shopify Customer Metafields to house First-party and Zero-party data, etc… Here is where I am at in my understanding of these 2 options to keep everything synced.TAGS: Klaviyo pulls in Shopify tags, but if you are using Klaviyo forms to capture customer data, the data becomes silo’d in Klaviyo, and does not get passed back into Shopify. METAFIELDS: Do not sync out of the box in either direction.  Has anyone setup something similar and found solutions for this use case?

Create segment via API

Does anyone know of a way to create a segment via API? Im trying to automate creating a segment to contain all profiles in the account. There is an endpoint to create a list through the API, but I cant find an endpoint to create a segment.The reason I ask here is because I have noticed that there there are API endpoints that exist but are not included in the documentation. Possibly because they have been deprecated.If anyone has any input here it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Is it possible to identify which Flow triggered a specific webhook?

For context, I would like set up a Klaviyo webhook with a Flow and when handling the webhook request, I would like to be able to identify which Flow was responsible for triggering the webhook from the handler side. Can this be done?

Support for multiple currencies in Catalog for promoted products

Hi,I am trying to implement support for multiple currency/price of products in our custom catalog so that emails can feature promoted products in the appropriate price and currency of the region being targeted, however it looks like Klaviyo isn’t designed to support this. I could upload multiple catalogs but this would result in multiple versions of the same product ID and I don’t think Klaviyo supports this, also when creating a feed there is no way to specify which catalog it should be sourced from, so I don’t see any way for marketers to drag & drop a product block with the appropriate currency/price for the products they want to include in the promotional email campaign they are building.How are others implementing different currencies and prices? I find it hard to believe that Klaviyo is limited to a single currency for the catalog feed. We are using a custom implementation on our own e-commerce platform i.e. we are not using Shopify.Any help or advice would be greatly appreci

I tried to update the unsubscribed: {% unsubscribe%} font color in the email , but failed. It works on other hyperlink but not the unsubscribed syntax, any tricks to change the color ?

My Logo is Blurry in my newsletter

I’m a graphics professional, so I understand dimensions and resolution. I have created my logo to the exact size I want. It’s from a vector graphic, so sizing is no problem. My logo is tack sharp in Photoshop. I’m exporting as a .png.It’s blurry in my newsletter. I am viewing on a Retina display and they do say it’s best to do graphics 2x the size. However, if I make my logo bigger though and resize in Klaviyo, it really looks bad. How can I get my logo sharp? As you can see, my other graphic is quite sharp. Thank you.

Wix Bookings Integrations

I run a business with 12 branches throughout the UK and am looking to set up some flows where if a customer books onto a course at a certain branch, they receive a ‘personalised’ email confirmation from the teacher who operates that branch.I cannot seem to be able to set anything up with Wix Bookings though… It only gives me options for when the purchase something from our shop (which we do not use anymore).In my head, the flow should work something like:Trigger - Customer books onto a course at the Nottingham Branch Trigger Filter - ‘Course/Item Name’ {Nottingham} Email - Sends specific Nottingham Email to customerI hope this makes sense and someone can help.Thank you in advance...

Hi there,If I want to show an email block to only people in the US, and hide from everybody else, how do I do that?I know that in a flow, I can have a conditional split based on someone’s country, but it sounds easier to do it in one email, to avoid redundancy.Thanks, -oo

Klaviyo Flow evaluating price as string instead of number? Broken?

We’ve created a simple test flow, when someone views a product, if the product is over $1.00 to send an email to mytest@email.com. The problem is the the “price” is being passed to Klaviyo with the currency symbol ($) in it.So instead of 75.49, it is passing $75.49. Therefore, the price is no longer a number but in fact a string and therefore Klaviyo flow cannot evaluate if the price is greater than 1 or not, because it is effectively evaluating if letters > 1 (which is always false).How can we fix this, please?

Delete Old Products in Klaviyo

We have lots of old products from last year pulled into Klaviyo from our Shopify store from last year and very early this year that are no longer needed (from our Shopify Store) and I'd like to delete them. I constantly have to work around them since they show up when adding products to an email campaign. I have searched through the products under the content section on the product pages within Klaviyo, and I have found no way to delete them. We don't care about their history. We just want them gone. I'd appreciate anyone’s help to know how I can delete them. Thanks in advance.

We have "Back in stock" flow, do we also have "item* will soon run out!" flow? It would be nice if a potential customer, preferably someone who added a specific item in their cart, will get email notifications if that item will soon run out so they can purchase right away.

Abandon Cart Link in SMS Flow

I’m working on adding an SMS branch to our abandon cart flow and I am not seeing where to add the link to return them to their cart from the text…. will this auto populate? When I send a preview text to myself there is no link but not sure if that’s because I don’t have a cart to preview?

Re: Outook 365 email formatting - no paragraphs

I am trying to work on my email templates, however in outlook 365 desktop, they show up with no paragraph breaks in them. They look fine out my mobile device. Does anyone have any tips?

How can I change a link URL to be different to the Style settings?

Tables Widen Emails in Outlook

I’ve noticed that whenever I build an email using tables rather than columns, the table width goes beyond the standard 600px width for the email itself in Outlook, forcing me to scroll to the right to see all the single-column imagery. Since it doesn’t appear to happen in Gmail, is this another issue of Outlook’s design causing rendering errors, and is there a way that I can set a hard limit for width that would function in Outlook? Thanks!

Integration with Shopify and catalog items not syncing

I have set up an integration with Shopify and things are working as expected in regards to the categories, I even created a custom category to make sure Klaviyo could read it and you can see it in the list as such: Collection: Collection 1Collection: My custom Collection All my products are tagged with both collections but when I move to the “Items” tab my items tab is empty. I thought maybe since my store was password protected that maybe that is why Klaviyo could not see it so I disabled the password and tried to refresh the category names followed by “Updating category”  I have also tried to create Data Feeds, Web Feeds, and Custom Catalog Sources and still I am not able to see any of the Shopify store elements in Klaviyo. Is there possibly a specific way that elements have to be declared in Shopify that we are not aware of? I also watched this 20 minute video from 4 years ago which is outdated but gives us a general idea.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKgCi6dLQ9k I trust the platf

[Shopify] ADA accessibility issue with email signup form

Hi Klaviyo community,I have an email signup form on my site which has a loading delay that’s triggered after a user scrolls 30% of the page. I have recently been informed that this popup is not ADA compliant as it causes two accessibility issues. The first was that the popup didn’t take primary focus when it was displayed, and the second was that it wasn’t announced when it was displayed. My questions are - has anyone dealt with a similar issue and successfully troubleshot it? There aren’t advanced options in the WISIWYG tool to tinker with things like this. Could removing the delay solve the issue? Also, is this working as designed, or could there be a conflict with my Shopify theme that is keeping the focus on the page rather than shifting it to the popup form? Thanks in advance!
