SMS Not Delivering

Hello, we recently set up our SMS campaign but no text messages have been delivered since starting it. So far it lists that 58 were “skipped”. Some of these we understand like no consent, failed trigger or invalid number but the majority of them say “Missing Number”.  We tried to test this out with a few employees of ours and we put our numbers in and initiated the flow but we did not receive the SMS message. We received the emails that we are expected to receive but for some reason we have not had a single SMS message deliver to anyone. Any idea what’s going on and what we can do? Link Error for Abandoned Cart

Hi,I am using Woo Commerce for my website. Flow notification with profile's data interpolated, not recipient's data

 I’ve configured a Flow to send an email notification to a chosen internal address, which is in response to a profile fulfilling some kind of conditions.How do I interpolate details about the target profile into the notification, without referencing the recipient that will receive the notification itself? Wouldn’t `{{ person }}` refer to the recipient? Is there something I can use in `{{ event }}` ?

Why do my campaign URLs say "trk.klclick.com"?

In a Campaign, we include external links different from our domain for webinars. When a recipient receives the email these urls are different! It seems like a redirection.For example, we insert urls like attendee.gotowebinar.com/… and we receive email with urls like  trk.klclick.com/…Do you know why it happens that? It causes an issue as these campaigns are blocked from many recipients’ email service.

Postmaster problem with unknown address in our DB

Hello,We have recently imported our DB from SendinBlue to Klavyio.While sending our first newsletter, we got around 30 postmaster emails to notice undelivered emails + 400 hard bounce. That is alot, we didn’t have that before in SendinBlue.I went into our DB to remove these, but the strange thing is that these 30 emails address (which generated postmaster) are UNKNOWN and IMPOSSIBLE to find in our DB.I therefore DONT UNDERSTAND how this is possible?Can somebody help me?

Why Aren't Photos Populating in Product Feed?

Hi there!!I’m a new installer and I’m meeting some problem during inserting products. Don’t know why but the image products didn’t display on the email template. To make things easier, I have attached the picture that indicates clearly the problem I’ve struggled with. Besides, I also tried to select from Catalog but just a few collection showed up. I can’t pick the products I want to promote for some unknown reason. Could anybody give me some helpful advice, and let me know that way to fix it, please? Hope to hear from you. Klaviyo and Shopify Integration

Shopify keeps forcing a new Klaviyo account to integrate with, when I try to integrate Shopify and Klaviyo.  Not the Klaviyo account I have PAID FOR.  I can not get Shopify to integrate with my actual Klaviyo account, and I can not delete the new Klaviyo account it created. What is the deal with Shopify and Klaviyo?  Looks like they don't work well together?  Noticed Klaviyo app has a low rating on Shopify’s app store.  Can see why now.

Why am I seeing an Integrations Setting Error Message in my Collect Subscribers Checkbox?

Hi, I’m having some challenges with email sign-ups to my default Shopify footer sign up not being added to my On-site Newsletter Sign Up list. I’ve ensured that both double-opt in (Shopify and Klaviyo) have been turned off. When I sign up with a test email, it is creating a customer profile in Shopify AND within Klaviyo, however that profile isn’t being added to a list. I noticed that within my Shopify integration tab, the below “Collect Subscribers” checkbox is currently unchecked; but when I check it and select the list, it comes up with the error “We are unable to update your integration settings….”Is anyone able to advise on this please? Thanks :)

Why does Klaviyo Javascript take longer to load?

Hi,  before I installed Klaviyo, I wouldn’t say my site was perfect, but I would get a healthy B grade from pagespeed etc. Now I get an F, and the only reason for that is Klaviyo’s javascript taking 9 seconds to load. Even loading Asynchronously, which appears to be the stock answer, it is the longest loading part of the page load.Even the Image for the signup form pop up loads slowly, and I optimised that image to make it as small as possible.My server is in Singapore, do you have any CDNs in the area?Is it possible to install the javascript and image locally on my server so I don’t have the long load time? I’m using woocommerce BTW. Thanks Steve

Elementor Forms + Klaviyo integration - not working?

Hello! I’m currently building my website and it’s my first time using Klaviyo with Elementor Pro.Website: Film CerealI’m using Woo Commerce and Elementor Pro as my theme builder. I chose this because it said it has seamless integration with Klaviyo. I’d like to use Elementor Forms to design my popups and newsletter signup forms because Klaviyo has very limited customization for non-developers (i don’t code). I followed a tutorial by Thong Nguyen and used his plugin Include Klaviyo for Elementor.I followed his steps but when I tested, it wasn’t working. It says that the “submission” has been made but the confirmation email never arrives and nothing is added to the list.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How To Resend Email Confirmations?

Dear community, I have an existing list of newsletter subscribers. In Germany, they only are officially subscribers if they confirm their subscription via a email confirmation. 2 questions:Could you please tell me how I can individually send a specific mail (in this case: Email Confirmation) to a list of email addresses? Why is my WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration causing an error: "Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable"?

HiI am trying to create the integration between Woo/Klaviyo. I have set up the REST API and entered the Consumer key etc but am getting this message: The Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable. What is causing this?  Could anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks

What are the Active On Site JavaScripts?

I have added Klaviyo to my Shopify store using the official Klaviyo app, with the setting checked 'Automatically add Klaviyo onsite javascript (recommended)'. However it's added 12 scripts in total ( 2 onsite scripts, and 10 tracking scripts as shown in the image below). If I choose to uncheck this option and add the scripts myself I have no way of knowing which script does what - does anyone know of a guide to installing klaviyo in a more streamlined way, as 12 scripts is ridiculous. Simply knowing what each script does would be something. Thanks

Why is my Account Under Review by the Compliance Team?

Hello, 3 days ago my account was disabled i dont know why ? Message is ““Your account is under review by our Compliance Team. We’re sorry for the delay - to make sure all senders have a great experience, we perdiodically review active accounts. You should hear from us within one business day” So im waiting i need to understand why, i paid for this app and its not working..

How Do I Collect SMS Consent and Phone Numbers from Previous Purchasers?

Good day everyone! My name is Dayo, a digital marketing guru.I have some issues after setting up my opt-in form on my klaviyo for some of my previous buyers, I created a segment for them which will allow me to schedule a campaign requestng their consent to receive text from me. But after sending out the campaign the opt-in form was not display to them after they click on the CTA button to drop their contact.Kindly assist me on what to do.Thanks.

How Do I Add Responsive Page Margins in Email Builder?

Hi There,How do we use your email builder to create nice spacing like we see in your own emails?See attached, notice how on desktop the page margins are nice and wide but on mobile they’re smaller. How do we achieve this using your email builder?And how do you set these sorts of block spacing styles template-wide (and override as needed)? I turned off two-factor authentication in Klaviyo already, but the notification keeps asking me to set it up every time I log in. Why is this happening and how do I make it stop?
