Hello,
I would like some help.

 I don't want pop to come up automatically (see picture 1),

But to have to press "Teaser" in the corner

Corner "Get 15% off" must be displayed at all times (see picture 2)

How do we solve it?

Pop not start automatically

Hi @Trappematter,

Thanks for your question! To display the teaser before the form, go into the teaser settings and select “Before displaying form” or “Before displaying form and after form is closed” in the Behavior settings.

From there, go into the form settings and check your options under Behavior:

Make sure to check “Based on rules” or “Only on a custom trigger”. My company uses based on rules, which allows for several options. If you don’t want to form displayed at all until someone clicks the teaser, you might have to choose “Only on a custom trigger.” I don’t know how to do that personally, but this article explains how.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Trappematter

I believe you want the form to only appear when a visitor clicks the teaser.

If so, set the teaser to display before and after the pop-up is displayed. Then under Display settings for the pop-up, select Timings and select Based On Rules. Then choose After Visitor sees a certain number of pages. Set this number of pages to a large value that is never likely to be reached in a normal session.

The outcome is that a visitor will have to click the teaser to see the pop-up.

I suggest split testing the form, and on the variant have the pop-up appear based on a rule that does not require the teaser to be clicked. You may find the conversion rate of the variant is better!

Hope that helps

Andy

Good idea, @bluesnapper! That option occurred to me, but for some reason it seemed kind of weird in my brain, so I was afraid to suggest it. Perhaps I didn’t have enough coffee this morning. :-)

Where i put this code:

<script>
window._klOnsite = window._klOnsite || ];
window._klOnsite.push(('openForm', 'Rizbhr']);
</script>

In shopify

I put  this in Custom script for body tag?

Is right?

Hi @Trappematter

if you follow my previous comments, you don’t need to add any code for the use case you stated.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards

Andy

To add to this answer here's a screenshot of how you'd be able to do this
