How come I do not receive the double opt in email?

I set up a “subscribe” page for an opt in, then it redirects to a fillout survey form. It does redirect just fine but.. The double opt in email never gets triggered or sent. I am unsure why that is or how to fix the issue. I checked my promotions folder, it’s not there either. Anyone know what could be going on? Thanks.

Hi!I am sponsoring an event next month.I want to create a QR code for attendees to sign up to my site and subscribe for a chance to Win a prize.Where do I start with setting this up? I already have a pop up with a code for those who subscribe.Q is? Grateful for advice on this sign up form behaviour

Hi folks - thanks for your time and attention. I’ve been trying to problem solve a sign up form on my Shopify site for a few hours and I can’t find info about what to try next.  The behaviour I’m trying to correct is as follows:  The form doesn’t load according to the targeting and behaviour rules. The Teaser appears on the site before the form, and the user must click on it to display the form. I would like the form to display immediately and then revert to the teaser if the user doesn’t sign on. When a user submits an email address, a white rectangle appears, instead of the success panel. I want the user to be shown the sign-up success panel.Note - I believe the above is showing no middle step but grateful for advice on this  The user is not added to the relevant list. I want the user to be added to the relevant list. The user receives no email confirming sign up. The email contains a link to a discount code, so I want the user to receive it.Note - I’ve tried double and single op-inI

How to add Logo, and Footer to Full screen newsletter

Hello,I am wanting to add a logo to the upper area of my full screen newsletter. How do I accomplish this? Right now Klayvio is only letting me add an image in the same stack of my form details. I would like to place the brand logo in the top nav-bar if you will of the page. I’m also wanting to add a ‘Terms & Privacy’ link in footer also not a part of the newsletter form area. Can anyone advise how to achieve this? Thanks!

How can I change the name of my form teaser?

Klaviyo Forms: Option selected not visible

Hi there, I have recently built a sign-up form and embedded the link on my Shopify website.I have a drop down menu and when the users click on their option, the selected option is not clearly visible and I’m afraid this will cause confusion. The same thing occurs for the check box option - a large black dot appears on selection, but again, it’s not clear to the use which option has been checked.I have attached screenshots below.Can anyone please assist?Thank you! Drop down menu option:Check box option:

MULTICHECK BOX URL REDIRECT

Hello,I have a question regarding the Multicheck box on sign up embed form. So, I have created this sign up form for 2 courses that I’m selling: DAS START and DAS PRO.On the sign up form people can choose in the multicheck box between the 2 courses. I want that after choosing one of the 2 courses they get redirected to a specific URL so they can already start with their first lesson. There is also a flow setup in which, after form submit, they get an email with the link to the first lesson, but I also want them to instantly get redirected to that page after the submit. Second embedded form in the footer not showing up

Hello, I am struggling to add the second embedded form to the web-site. I have added the first one, which is pop-up on main page and now I need to add Newsletter subscription in the footer. I’ve created the second “embed” form, added <div> to the footer in code editor on Shopify, however it’s not showing at all. Do I need to do something with snippet? What can cause the issue? My Shopify theme is Dawn version 2.4.0 Thanks in advance for your help,Anastasia

Opting Customers into a new list from an email

We are launching a new Loyalty program that we want to get existing customers to opt in to. Ideally I want to send an email out to all the current existing customers in our database informing them of the new program and include a link to a form. When completing this form the customer is automatically added to the Loyalty list in Klaviyo.  I attempted to create a sign up form within Klaviyo but this was just a pop up on our website. Can klaviyo create an actual page with a form on it? Thanks

How to connect an embed form for gathering mailing addresses

I am trying to create an embedded form for a catalog request sign up page. I want to collect the customer’s physical mailing address (not email) to send them a catalog by mail when they request one. This is a bit atypical from how Klayvio usually functions because I’m not trying to collect email addresses here (I already gather them elsewhere, and don’t want to force people to enter an email when what they really want is a catalog) I have a few questions:How do I link the inputted information to a specific list? In the Button Click Action section, there is no “list to submit” option to choose what list their information is saved to. I only see Action and After Action options.   Is there a way to set up an email notification to myself any time someone enters this list? I’d like to receive an email so I know each time this action happens.

Really stupid question on sign-up forms....

Hi guys,This is a really stupid question (caveat is I’m just learning!) but when you set up a sign in form (to send a discount to first time customers via email), where then do you go to set up the actually email the customer receives?I’ve had someone set up flows so aware of the individual emails built within them but confused out sign-up forms…Any help would be hugely appreciated!!Thanks in advanceDavid

HiDoes anyone know if there is a way to show a form submission date in a profile? I can manually add a field to our forms, but given Klaviyo already knows when the form was submitted, I was hoping to pull through this information with our the customer having to enter today’s date.Thanks

Do the sign up forms appear as pop ups to collect emails?

Hi please refer to the numbered pointsI would like one of the sign up forms to appear as a pop up. How do I set up a pop up compared to a standard optin form on my website?I would like the pop up to offer a £50 discount code in exchange for their email. And I would like another signup form to offer free tips and product promotions as part of a newsletter. Where does the standard newsletter optin form go on my website? Does the newsletter email sign up form need to be separate from the popup form offering the discount, and if so, do I need 2 separate sign up forms on the website, one for the pop up discount form and the other for the email newsletter? Should the pop up form be linked to a flow, and the newsletter sign up offering free tips and promotions form be linked to a campaign?Thank you.

sign up form not working

Hi guys, so I've just realised my sign up form/pop up discount has not being working sence sep 9th, it was working fine for 4 months before that. It says the form is active and wont let me make any changes to the form. I've tried contact customer support via email but that wont work either, it says try again later. Also I'm on there free plan

Signup Forms - Who Do You Use?

So, recently we did an audit of an account that was using Justuno for their signup form and Klaviyo for their email. Looking at what they were doing with JustUno, they were only using it for New Visitor email and SMS capture.  Now, Justuno is great with the other features they’ve added in the past year or so; however, this business only needed the welcome capture in the near term.  They made the switch to using Klaviyo’s sign up form and saved $300/mo while performance stayed the same..Curious, what are you using for your email capture (and other things you can do with signup forms) and why?Would love to see some unique case studies in creative uses.

Setting up the pop-up right

Collecting Data for Multiple Profiles in One Embedded Form

Hi,  My client currently has customer profiles with one email address, but multiple names, making one of them the primary account customer and the other the secondary account customer. Now they would like to separate these by only having one email address associated per customer and want to do this in an embedded form. I was wondering if it was possible to create multiple Klaviyo profiles through adding steps into an embedded form and adding email and name data capture fields?

Klaviyo pop up stops website working

Good MorningI have set up a Klaviyo email sign up pop up but when ever I activate it it greys out the website so you cant click on anything. Even when you submit your form (which works) it still just greys out the website. When i originally set it up before Christmas it was working, but now it is not. Is this a website issue or Klaviyo set up issue?Thank you

Hello Community,I'm seeking assistance in creating a signup pop-up that gathers information for a special event, including the event date (under the property "DateEvent") and the type of event (chosen from multiple options such as birthday, anniversary, or other).I recall the need to create a custom property, but I'm encountering an issue as it doesn't allow me to create three different ones. Any guidance on how to overcome this obstacle would be greatly appreciated.
